Had my first a few weeks ago! Surprised at how good it was ✋ Can't get it in Michigan.

Anyone want to trade some Yuenling for some cigarlings? 🤔

The shipping costs for this would probably make it not worthwhile besides the fact that there are So many delicious craft beers out there. Just my five nickels!

You are right, 🤦 I'll have to see if it's sold in Ohio or Indiana and make a road trip.

This harkens back to the days when Coors could not be found east of the Rockies. One often wants what one can't get. Nowadays I won't touch Coors, since as you said there are lots of very good craft beers available.

I can confirm Indiana has a variety of Yeungling including the amber available. Most decent grocery stores even carry it. Can't say for sure on OH but it would stand to reason they'd drop some off there on there way out here

NW Indiana anyway. My full state beer census is still pending

Thanks. I'm not too far from the Indiana border via I-69. Looks like a road trip in a few weeks. 🍺

Thanks for the suggestions. Will definitely try the black & tan! 🌫

The Indiana border is about 60 miles from !e so I may take a trip and see if one of the stores in northern Indiana have it.

Yeungling has historically had really strange distribution. Pottsville PA beer, available in PA and the south only for the longest time. Hit Ohio about 2005ish. Gotta be a state thing if it's not available in Michigan.

For me Yuenling sucks. Was born & raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and it was always considered an over-priced step up from Iron City Beer. Penn Pilsner was better I started drinking beer over 40yrs ago and Yuengling wasn't even available in Pittsburgh then. A case of Iron City 16oz. returnable bottles was only $9.99 then. Try Straubs out of St. Mary's, PA instead. No added sugar or preservatives.

But if you like it, drink it. Even Black Label had its fans. I'd rather have an ice cold Pabst in a frosted glass.

Man that's a BOLD statement, Iron Schity was always the beer of last resort and good for the trots or yakking.
Worked at a beer distributor and the half barrels of Iron always came in looking NASTY. Totally agree on Penn Brewery beers.

NOT because we LIKED it, but because it was 3 quarts for $1. 🍺---> [barf]

Talk about beer of last resort ....went to school in RI and Narragansett beer ( Nasty Narry) was the beer of last resort. Absolutely awful but with a price point of $1 a six-pack back in the day ...🍺

Nasty Narry is distributed locally here in Upstate N.Y. I haven't had it and will now continue to avoid it.
