Speaking of the "The UAW isn't exactly the sharpest bunch going", Eric Peters has got a few words for them regarding Joe 6-pack and his EV fascism that would end up decimating their jobs.

Orange Opportunity

By eric -September 26, 2023

Many Democrats haven’t yet realized that they’ve been voting for Leftists – and so for their own ruin. As for example the unionized auto workers, now on strike, hoping to leverage more pay and benefits for themselves.

They would be better-advised to worry about their jobs – many of which will soon not exist, if the Left which they’ve been supporting succeeds in its pushing of “electrification.” When there is no work, there is no pay.

Forget about a pay raise.

Ask a steelworker who is working at Wal Mart now – for a third of what he was making – because his work was offshored to Chyna (say it with Orange emphasis).

“Electrification” will do the same – and already is. Chyna is where EV batteries/components are sourced – as in not made here. Chiefly because Leftists have made it too costly to make things here. And if they are made here, there is less work needed to make them. Battery assembly is largely automated and once a battery is assembled, there is little work to do. A machine lowers it onto the skate and a few connections are made. It doesn’t take many workers to make a battery powered device.

“Electrification” will mean the evisceration of work in the auto industry, which will transition into the appliance industry. How many good-paying union jobs are there assembling battery-powered devices in this country?

Hunter Biden's Daughter Was Living In White House While Representing Peruvian Government

The Biden family may have some more explaining to do over their international affairs, after the NY Post reports that Naomi Biden (Hunter's eldest daughter, not the grandchild Joe Biden mouth-kissed during the 2020 election), was living in the White House while representing the government of Peru in a legal case.

According to a review of public records, the 29-year-old has been working for DC-based law firm Arnold & Porter since January 2021, the same month her grandfather was sworn in as the 46th US president, after interning for the firm in 2019.

In September 2021, Naomi appeared in a legal filing disclosing her involvement in a case brought by Worth Capital Holdings 27, LLC, a Delaware firm which claimed that the country was interfering in the operation of their oil refinery located in the southern Amazon. Worth has sought $590 million in damages.

Of note, Arnold & Porter specializes in foreign litigation, and has defended dozens of sovereign states - including Venezuela, Bulgaria and Hungary. Interestingly, the Post notes that Naomi doesn't have a public page on the firm's website, unlike other firm attorneys.

Which begs the question, particularly in light of questions over the entire Biden family's foreign dealings, should Naomi have registered under FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act)? That would of course depend on the circumstances and extent of her work.

"Everywhere we look it seems there are major conflicts of interest in which the Biden family leveraged their name, access, and patriarch’s power to benefit personal business dealings. All of this must continue to be investigated and exposed – perhaps Biden’s granddaughter should be the next person to come before the Oversight Committee,”

In November 2022, Naomi Biden married another up-and-coming attorney, Peter Neal, at a ceremony at the White House.

The Biden granddaughter lived at the first residence from August 2022 to March 2023. A rep for Naomi Biden insisted she only worked on the case for “three weeks” in September 2021 — and not while living at the White House. -NY Post

"Naomi Biden’s international arbitration work doesn’t include matters involving the United States government — she is a junior lawyer and a member of international arbitration teams involving private sector plaintiffs. She doesn’t discuss confidential client work with anyone inside or outside the White House," a spokesman for Arnold & Porter told The Post, while the law firm wouldn't say if Naomi had represented any other foreign nations since joining.

The Post also notes that Naomi had quite the nice ride to the elite law firm - having attended the capital's elite Sidwell Friends School in the summer of 2011 while Joe Biden was Vice President. She then worked as an aide for then-Majority Leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV).

More recently, Naomi was pictured and videotaped posing with Burisma CEO Mykola Zlochevsky, and having a conversation with his daughter, Karina Zlochevsky.

"She is very excited to join us. Maybe we can find her a job now that she’s graduating college," Hunter Biden wrote to Burisma CFO, Vadym Pozharsky, according to emails from his abandoned laptop, the Post further reports.

JOE BIDEN: "No, there will not be another foot of wall constructed in my administration, number one. Number two, what I'm going to focus on, and the fact is that somebody in this group written a lot about the border. I'm going to make sure that we have border protection, but it's going to be based on making sure that we use high-tech capacity to deal with it. And at the ports of entry, that's where all the bad stuff is--"

Mayorkas Will Build a Few Miles of Border Wall

President Joe Biden’s pro-migration border chief says he will build several more miles of President Donald Trump’s border wall to divert migrants away from several gaps that he has left open since 2021.

The extra miles of border are not intended to stop the job-seeking economic migrants. Instead, Alejandro Mayorkas, the Cuban-born Secretary of Homeland Security, is asking migrants to safely register at the official gates along the border so they can be quickly released into U.S. society.

It is not clear when the extra walls will be built. However, video of the construction can be used by Democrats during the 2024 elections.

Mayorkas’ Department of Homeland Security announced its plans on Wednesday in the government’s Federal Register of Regulations:

There is presently an acute and immediate need to construct physical barriers and roads in the vicinity of the border of the United States in order to prevent unlawful entries into the United States in the project areas pursuant to sections 102(a) and 102(b) of IIRIRA.

The six-page document lists the short gaps but does not state the total length of the wall to be built.

The document says funding to fill the gaps comes from money that was provided by Congress to Trump in 2019.

Mayorkas has had the legal authority and funds to build many miles of wall. But he instead has allowed more than five million wage-cutting, rent-spiking migrants to walk, fly, or sneak across the border since January 2021. In September, for example, media reports said he allowed at least 260,000 migrants across the border.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Mayorkas’ migrants can be used by U.S. employers to replace unwanted older and sicker workers, parents encumbered by children, or Americans with criminal records and drug addictions.

Filling the gaps may reduce Mayorkas’ record number of drowned migrants. Migrant deaths in 2023 are beating records set under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

High-Level Iranian Spy Ring Busted in Washington

The trail that leads from Tehran to D.C. passes directly through the offices of Robert Malley and the International Crisis Group

The Biden administration’s now-suspended Iran envoy Robert Malley helped to fund, support, and direct an Iranian intelligence operation designed to influence the United States and allied governments, according to a trove of purloined Iranian government emails. The emails, which were reported on by veteran Wall Street Journal correspondent Jay Solomon, writing in Semafor, and by Iran International, the London-based émigré opposition outlet which is the most widely read independent news source inside Iran, were published last week after being extensively verified over a period of several months by the two outlets. They showed that Malley had helped to infiltrate an Iranian agent of influence named Ariane Tabatabai into some of the most sensitive positions in the U.S. government—first at the State Department and now the Pentagon, where she has been serving as chief of staff for the assistant secretary of defense for special operations, Christopher Maier.

On Thursday, Maier told a congressional committee that the Defense Department is “actively looking into whether all law and policy was properly followed in granting my chief of staff top secret special compartmented information.”

The emails, which were exchanged over a period of several years between Iranian regime diplomats and analysts, show that Tabatabai was part of a regime propaganda unit set up in 2014 by the Iranian Foreign Ministry. The Iran Experts Initiative (IEI) tasked operatives drawn from Iranian diaspora communities to promote Iranian interests during the clerical regime’s negotiations with the United States over its nuclear weapons program. Though several of the IEI operatives and others named in the emails have sought to portray themselves on social media as having engaged with the regime in their capacity as academic experts, or in order to promote better understanding between the United States and Iran, none has questioned the veracity of the emails.

The contents of the emails are damning, showing a group of Iranian American academics being recruited by the Iranian regime, meeting together in foreign countries to receive instructions from top regime officials, and pledging their personal loyalty to the regime. They also show how these operatives used their Iranian heritage and Western academic positions to influence U.S. policy toward Iran, first as outside “experts” and then from high-level U.S. government posts. Both inside and outside of government, the efforts of members of this circle were repeatedly supported and advanced by Malley, who served as the U.S. government’s chief interlocutor with Iran under both the Obama and the Biden administrations. Malley is also the former head of the International Crisis Group (ICG), which directly paid and credentialed several key members of the regime’s influence operation.

The IEI, according to a 2014 email from one Iranian official to one of Iran’s lead nuclear negotiators, “consisted of a core group of 6-10 distinguished second-generation Iranians who have established affiliation with the leading international think-tanks and academic institutions, mainly in Europe and the US.” The network was funded and supported by an Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) official, Mostafa Zahrani, who was the point of contact between IEI operatives, and Iran’s then-Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.

According to the correspondence, the IEI recruited several U.S.-based analysts, including Tabatabai, Ali Vaez, and Dina Esfandiary, all of whom willingly accepted Iranian guidance. These Middle East experts were then subsequently hired, credentialed, supported, and funded by Malley and the ICG where he was president from January 2018 until January 2021, when he joined the Biden administration. Malley was also ICG’s program director for Middle East and North Africa before the Obama administration tapped him in February 2014 to run negotiations for the Iran nuclear deal. Vaez joined the ICG in 2012 and served as Malley’s top deputy.

Emails quoted in the stories show that even once in government, Malley directed Vaez’s actions at ICG, sending him to Vienna where the Iranian and U.S. teams held nuclear negotiations. “Following the order of his previous boss Malley, Ali Vaez will come to Vienna,” Zahrani reportedly wrote Zarif in an April 3, 2014, email. “Who from our group do you instruct to have a meeting with him?”

Vaez wrote Zarif directly after the Iranian foreign minister expressed dissatisfaction with an ICG report on Iran. “As an Iranian, based on my national and patriotic duty,” wrote Vaez in an October 2014 email, “I have not hesitated to help you in any way; from proposing to Your Excellency a public campaign against the notion of [nuclear] breakout, to assisting your team in preparing reports on practical needs of Iran.”

These emails likely explain why Vaez was unable to obtain a security clearance in order to join Malley in the Biden administration. At the same time, they raise the question of why Malley sought to bring Vaez into the State Department in the first place, and why he remained in close operational contact with him even after he was denied a security clearance.

After the Iran deal, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), was finalized in July 2015, ICG hired another IEI operative as a consultant—Adnan Tabatabai, not to be confused with Pentagon official Ariane Tabatabai. Like Vaez, Adnan Tabatabai also pledged to dedicate his efforts to the Iranian regime.

In an email from 2014, as the agreement was being negotiated, Adnan Tabatabai wrote to Zarif about the foreign minister’s meeting in Vienna with IEI operatives: “As you will have noticed, we are all very much willing to dedicate our capacities and resources to jointly working on the improvement of Iran’s foreign relations. Iran is our country, so we, too, feel the need and responsibility to contribute our share. When I say “we” I mean the very group you met.”

In early 2021, shortly before he joined the Biden administration, Malley brought a third IEI operative, Dina Esfandiary, into the ICG. ICG did not respond by press time to Tablet’s email requesting comment on its employees’ role in an Iranian spy ring.

In February 2021, Malley hired Ariane Tabatabai to join his Iran team at the State Department. The emails document her cloying determination to prove her worth to the Iranian regime. Shortly after the 2014 meeting in Vienna, Ariane Tabatabai sent Zahrani a link to an article she’d co-authored with Esfandiary. “As I mentioned last week, Dina and I wrote an article about the nuclear fuel of Bushehr [nuclear power plant] for the Bulletin which was published today. Our goal was to show what is said in the West—that Iran does not need more than 1500 centrifuges—is wrong, and that Iran should not be expected to reduce the number of its centrifuges.” Zahrani then forwarded the email to Zarif.

In June 2014, Ariane Tabatabai emailed Zahrani to say she’d been invited to conferences in Saudi Arabia and Israel and asked for his prior approval of her trips. “I would like to ask your opinion too and see if you think I should accept the invitation and go,” she wrote. Zahrani replied that “Saudi Arabia is a good case, but the second case [Israel] is better to be avoided.” She responded: “Thank you very much for your advice. I will take action regarding Saudi Arabia and will keep you updated on the progress.” There is no record of Tabatabai traveling to Israel.

A month later, she again wrote Zahrani asking for additional instructions. She’d been invited to join academic experts Gary Samore and William Tobey to brief House members on the Foreign Relations, Armed Services, and Intelligence committees. “I am scheduled to go to the Congress to give a talk about the nuclear program,” she wrote the IRGC official. “I will bother you in the coming days. It will be a little difficult since both Will and Gary do not have favorable views on Iran.” Zahrani forwarded the email to Zarif.

Ariane Tabatabai’s correspondence with Zahrani offers clear evidence that Malley’s protégé was an active participant in a covert Iranian influence campaign designed to shape U.S. government policy in order to serve the interests of the Iranian regime. Her requests for guidance from top Iranian officials, which she appears to have faithfully followed, and her desire to harmonize her own words and actions with regime objectives, are hardly the behavior of an impartial academic, or a U.S. public servant. Tabatabai’s emails show her enthusiastically submitting to the control of top Iranian officials, who then guided her efforts to propagandize and collect intelligence on U.S. and allied officials in order to advance the interests of the Islamic Republic.

“I know what a spy network looks like,” says Peter Theroux, a veteran Mideast analyst who is now retired from the CIA, where he was awarded the Career Intelligence Medal for his service. During his 25 years at the agency, Theroux was frequently called on to analyze the Iranian regime and its foreign spying and terror networks. “This is how recruited assets speak to their handling officers. There’s lots of the mood music around that correspondence saying, let me know what you need me to collect. It seems clear who’s the subordinate here—what you’d call responsive to tasking.”

In response to a Tablet email requesting comment on Malley’s and Tabatabai’s role in an Iranian spy ring, a State Department spokesman wrote: “We have seen the Semafor article, which does not presume it was a ‘spy ring,’ and we reject that characterization. Rob Malley remains on leave and we have no further comment due to privacy considerations. The Biden-Harris administration appointed Ariane Tabatabai to serve various roles in the U.S. government because of her expertise on nuclear and other foreign policy issues.” The Defense Department did not respond by press time to Tablet’s email requesting comment on Ariane Tabatabai’s role in an Iranian spy ring.

Whether the IEI is best characterized as an Iranian “spy ring” or as a “regime-directed influence operation” is a semantic question that beggars the larger question of how any responsible U.S. security official in possession of Tabatabai’s correspondence could have cleared her to enter the State Department building or the Pentagon—let alone cleared her to work as a chief of staff in the Defense Department, with direct access to the most sensitive real-time details of U.S. special forces operations.

It seems likely that by the time of her appointment to the Pentagon’s special operations office, Tabatabai’s covert activities on behalf of the Iranian regime were well known in Biden administration and intelligence circles. “The hoops you have to jump through to get a bare-bones top secret clearance even without compartments or special access programs are enormous,” says Theroux. “They grill you on your foreign contacts. Contacts with any foreign government raise more red flags than Bernie Sanders’ honeymoon. Contacts with senior officials from enemy governments, classified as non-frat governments like Russia, China, Cuba, as well as Iran, are in a different category altogether—what would normally be totally disqualifying.”

There is also the fact that, as early as 2014, as Tablet has reported, the Obama administration was spying on Israeli officials and their contacts within the United States, including U.S. lawmakers and pro-Israel activists. The fact that U.S. intelligence services routinely disobeyed guidelines preventing them from unmasking the identities of U.S. persons recorded in transcripts of foreign intelligence intercepts has been exhaustively demonstrated in a long series of U.S. government reports, Congressional investigations, and other reporting. Since Zarif’s communications and the IRGC’s communications were also collected, U.S. officials would have known about the IEI—and about the names of those working on behalf of Iran, such as Vaez and Tabatabai.

Theroux suggests that a range of U.S. authorities would have likely known about Malley’s involvement with the IEI as well—and that Malley would have been well aware of what they knew. “When I was on the National Security Council, the National Security Agency would call to alert me when my name had popped up in a conversation among bad actors,” Theroux recalls.

The facts of Malley’s involvement with the IEI and its agents are likely to have been old news within the Biden administration; the impending publication of the IEI emails is likely the reason why Malley was put on leave in April and had his security clearances suspended. As news of emails and their impending publication circulated in Washington, the administration moved him to the sidelines before Republican officials had the chance to demand his head on a spike.

Why an Iranian operative is still at the Pentagon, especially in a job which gives her daily access to classified information that puts the country’s most sensitive military operations at risk, is another matter entirely. “The optimistic reading,” says Theroux, “is that they were watching her to see what she does and the FBI has her apartment all teched up. But to be an optimist you have to believe the FBI is clean, rather than see this as a huge counterintelligence failure. Though, of course, it’s not a failure if they were complicit.”

So far, however, the evidence points to a less optimistic reading: The Biden administration allowed Malley to push an Iranian agent into sensitive national security positions because she was best equipped to carry out the administration’s own policy—to appease a terror regime with American blood on its hands. Because the number of American officials who want to be responsible for protecting Iran’s nuclear weapons program is limited, the White House went outside the federal bureaucracy for someone who was well-connected to the regime, and would relish the job of advancing its interests—an Iranian spy.

Congress needs to demand the Biden White House make Malley and Tabatabai available to testify immediately. It must also press to interview the security officials who buried evidence of Tabatabai’s covert activities, putting her in a position to endanger the lives of American civilians and special forces operators. It’s time to find out why the interests—and now the personnel—of the Iranian “death to America” regime intersect so frequently with those of America’s own ruling party.

Our world was at peace under President Trump.

His clear-eyed realism, raw projection of national strength, and his rejection of ideology in favor of pragmatism and national interest, brought us an unprecedented era of global harmony.

Whereas the DC set prattles on endlessly about the rules-based international order — the bloodless and esoteric obsession of the grad school credential class divorced from the iron laws of history — Trump understood the forces that shape world events: relationships, resources, rivalries, and the rational pursuit of self-interest and self-determination.

He understood you cannot impose an ideology over the essential nature of nation and man.

Instead of wasting away America’s diplomatic and financial assets trying to forcibly impose our values across the planet — which consistently yields the opposite effect — he focused on the formation of mutually-beneficial partnerships to foster global stability.

And he used our economic leverage as deterrence rather than fritter it away on nation building: knowing that a country which seeks to protect its own economic interests will always command more respect and find more common ground in its dealings with foreign powers.

Biden trashed it all. Set it all ablaze. His Administration’s toxic blend of idiocy, imbecility, incompetence and ideological extremism has turned calm into calamity. Peace into pandemonium. Harmony into hell.

The message sent and received by our our humiliation in Afghanistan, our cash bonfire in Ukraine, our internal repression as we preach “democracy,” our cultural self-flagellation, self-abasement and the self-annihilation of our own border, is that we are not a country to be taken seriously only taken advantage of. Over and over.

Under Biden, we are not a sovereign nation but a checkbook. A printing press. A mark. A punching bag. A sunken power. A spent power. A hollowed power. A rapidly declining power.

And as the torch of American liberty goes dark the world is lit instead by the fire of destruction.

Biden Restored over $700 Million to Jihadist-Linked U.N. Palestinian Agency

President Joe Biden’s decision to restore funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), an organization for decades facing accusations of fueling radical Islam and antisemitism in Gaza, attracted renewed condemnations in the aftermath of Hamas’s unprecedented massacre of Israeli civilians this weekend.

Hamas, a genocidal Sunni jihadist terror organization, unleashed a wave of violence across Israel on Saturday featuring thousands of rockets fired into Israeli communities and the invasion of residential areas by scores of brutal terrorists.

The terrorists slaughtered Israeli civilians, including infants and the elderly, and desecrated corpses, filming their gruesome acts and uploading them online. At a peace music festival, the jihadists opened fire on, beat, tortured, and abducted unsuspecting attendees. Israeli news outlets reported the discovery of the headless bodies of babies in communities ravaged by Hamas members.

Israeli officials have confirmed over 1,000 dead in the assault as of Tuesday.

https://t.co/BF4yNEtD1U

— Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) November 16, 2020

Biden’s foreign policy, particularly his administration’s overtures to top Hamas ally Iran and its geopolitical partners, have come under increased scrutiny in light of the attack. Iran has for decades supported Hamas’s goal of destroying the Israeli state and a spokesman for Hamas told the BBC on Saturday night that Tehran directly supported the atrocities committed this weekend. In addition to failing to enforce sanctions on Iran, seeking closer ties to genocidal China, and lifting sanctions on Iran’s oil industry partner Venezuela, Biden faces questions regarding his support for the widely condemned UNRWA.

The New York Post observed on Tuesday, citing remarks from a State Department spokesman in February, that Biden administration officials boasted of committing over $730 million in American taxpayers’ dollars to the UNRWA – $680 million between 2021, when Biden became president, and early 2023, followed by a promise from Secretary of State Antony Blinken of another forthcoming $50 million this year.

“Since April of 2021, we have demonstrated in very real and significant terms our commitment to the humanitarian needs of the Palestinian people,” State Department spokesman Ned Price said in February. “We’ve provided over $890 million for Palestinians, including over $680 in humanitarian assistance for refugees in the region through UNRWA … When Secretary Blinken was in Ramallah, he announced another $50 million in funding for UNRWA.”

The State Department signed a new agreement with UNRWA in May setting the conditions in which Washington would continue to fund the program.

“The Framework includes multiple specific commitments to advance the Agency’s ability to deliver effective and efficient aid to Palestinian refugees,” the State Department announced at the time, “through strengthened accountability, transparency, and consistency with UN principles, including neutrality.”

https://t.co/OAe6td3C0x

— Breitbart News (@BreitbartNews) January 8, 2023

The agreement commits UNRWA only to aspire to be neutral, however, in Israeli-Palestinian issues, and “communicate any serious neutrality violations to the United States in a timely manner.”

The “framework for cooperation” goes on to condemn bigotry generally, naming discrimination against Palestinians or Israelis and “Islamophobia” as particular concerns.

For much of its existence – and under Biden, the White House boasted last year – America has been the UNRWA’s “largest donor.” Washington cut the agency off, however, under former President Donald Trump in response to extensive evidence that UNRWA facilities, including schools, were indoctrinating children into hating Israel and Jews generally; that UNRWA employed vocal antisemites who used the agency’s platform to spread hate; and that UNRWA supports Hamas. Trump faced intense criticism from the left at the time for refusing to send American taxpayer funds to the U.N. agency.

“The Trump Administration’s decision to end U.S. assistance to Palestinian refugees is wrong on every level,” Nicholas Burns, a longtime diplomat currently serving as Biden’s ambassador to China, said at the time, calling the move “heartless and unwise.”

Refugees International accused Trump of “making life-saving relief to civilians hostage to politics.” NPR’s coverage called the end to financing “absolutely devastating.” Former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown resurfaced to claim defunding the UNRWA would destabilize the entire Middle East.

Yet years of evidence exists that, contrary to its claims of providing basic assistance to Palestinians, UNRWA has elevated pro-terrorist voices and indoctrinated children into jihad.

“Today, as UNRWA provides assistance in Gaza, it is directly providing financial and material support to the Hamas terrorist organization,” the Jewish Policy Center warned in 2007. “UNRWA does not seem to have a problem with Hamas’ Islamist agenda. It has not condemned the brutal Hamas violence that enabled the terrorist group to take the Gaza Strip by force in June. UNRWA waited to see who would win the battle, then immediately indicated to Hamas that it was eager to get back to providing its services.”

Video taken at a summer camp for children in 2013 revealed UNRWA teachers pressuring children to express hatred against Jews, celebrate terrorist “martyrs,” and embrace violence.

“Isn’t it true that the Jews are the wolf? What did the Jews do to us?” a teacher asks children in the video. “They expelled us into exile from out lands! They shot at us and they killed our parents.”

In 2017, the non-governmental organization U.N. Watch published a report documenting antisemitism and open incitements to acts of terror on dozens of Facebook accounts run by UNRWA employees. Among the offending posts documented were writings celebrating Hamas terrorist “martyrs” and praising Adolf Hitler.

U.N. Watch updated its investigation into UNRWA in March in a joint project with the research firm Institute for Monitoring Peace and Cultural Tolerance in School Education (IMPACT-se), finding that the agency’s schools “regularly call to murder Jews, and create teaching materials that glorify terrorism, encourage martyrdom, demonize Israelis and incite antisemitism.”

New Evidence May Destroy Biden's Defense In His Classified Documents Case

This month, the sudden appearance of Special Counsel Robert Hur caused as much of a stir as Bigfoot suddenly appearing on Pennsylvania Avenue.

Unlike his counterpart, Special Counsel Jack Smith, who has been aggressively prosecuting former president Donald Trump, Hur has virtually disappeared since his appointment to investigate President Joe Biden. Hur surfaced to interview Biden over his possession of classified documents, including some that go back to his time as a U.S. senator.

I have referred to Hur as a “neutron prosecutor” — a special counsel with no possible charge, under Justice Department policy barring the indictment of a sitting president. If that was not enough of a problem, Hur may have growing evidence that accounts offered by the White House over the discovery of the documents are false.

The new evidence could prove transformative, not only for the criminal but the impeachment investigation of the president.

This week, the House Oversight Committee released a new timeline on the discovery of classified documents in various locations associated with Biden. From the outset, many of us flagged problems with the account that had been given by Biden, who insisted that he had no knowledge or involvement in the removal or use of the documents.

The most glaring problem is that, after they were removed at the end of his term as vice president, the documents were repeatedly moved and divided up. Some were found in the Penn Center office used by Biden in Washington, D.C. Others were found in his garage and reportedly in his library.

Biden made clear from the beginning that he expected the investigation to be perfunctory and brief. He publicly declared that he has “no regrets” over his own conduct and told the public that the documents investigation would soon peter out when it determined that “there is no ‘there’ there.”

Now, however, it appears that a critical claim by the White House in the scandal may not only be false, but was knowingly false at the time it was made. The White House and Biden’s counsel have long maintained that, as soon as documents were discovered in the D.C. office, they notified the national archives. Many asked why they did not call the FBI, but the White House has at least maintained that, unlike Trump, they took immediate action to notify authorities.

However, it now appears that this was not true.

One of the closest aides to Biden and a close friend to Hunter Biden is Annie Tomasini. She referred to Hunter as her “brother” and signed off messages with “LY” or “love you.”

Tomasini was once a senior aide to Joe Biden and, according to the Oversight Committee, inspected the classified material on March 18, 2021, two months after Biden took office — nearly 20 months before they were said to be found by the Biden team.

The committee now alleges that the White House “omitted months of communications, planning, and coordinating among multiple White House officials, [Kathy] Chung, Penn Biden Center employees, and President Biden’s personal attorneys to retrieve the boxes containing classified materials. The timeline also omitted multiple visits from at least five White House employees, including Dana Remus, Anthony Bernal, Ashley Williams, Annie Tomasini, and an unknown staffer.”

If true, the evidence demolishes the timeline long maintained by the Biden team. That could have an immediate impact on both the criminal and impeachment investigations.

The timeline has been a critical distinction drawn by the White House in distinguishing this matter from the Trump indictment, in which Smith charged the former president with 37 counts, including retaining classified information, obstructing justice and making false statements, and other charges.

Biden insisted that he was entirely “surprised” by the discovery of the documents in Nov. 2021.

He echoed the narrative of both his lawyers and the media at large:

“And they did what they should have done,” he said.

“They immediately called the Archives — immediately called the Archives, turned them over to the Archives, and I was briefed about this discovery.”

In reality, Biden’s counsel and associates conducted repeated searches and declared repeatedly that no further classified documents were found. That was repeatedly found to be untrue.

Moreover, the concern is that Biden’s lawyers, in the course of these private searches, may have consolidated material and contaminated the scene by the time FBI agents conducted their searches. This includes changing how documents were originally stored and whether classified markings were visible to anyone working around the Biden home or garage.

Now it appears that the discovery had actually been made months earlier.

The timeline would now more closely mirror Trump’s timeline in the knowing retention of classified material, the failure to turn over all of the classified material despite assurances from counsel, and alleged false accounts about the document’s discovery.

It is not clear what Hur can do if he finds either from witnesses or forensic testing (including perhaps fingerprints on the documents) that President Biden lied.

I have long disagreed with the policy that the Justice Department has long held, that prosecutors should not indict a sitting president. Were he to seek an indictment, Hur would have to ask for reconsideration of the policy based on a decades-old memo issued by the Office of Legal Counsel under President Bill Clinton, who at the time faced calls for an indictment for perjury.

The DOJ policy will also put pressure on the House in its ongoing impeachment inquiry. In my recent testimony at the first Biden impeachment inquiry hearing, I mapped out four possible articles of impeachment. They included obstruction and abuse of power.

If this new timeline is accurate, the question is whether Biden knew that the account being put forward by his staff and counsel was false. It also raises the question of whether the president knowingly possessed classified documents and lied about their removal, use, and discovery. Finally, if Biden repeated his public denials to Hur, there could be added allegations of false statements to federal investigators, another commonly-charged federal crime.

We still have to see if there is evidence to support such crimes, but what is clear is that the past narrative may no longer suffice.

In his press conference announcing the criminal charges against Trump, Smith declared, “We have one set of laws in this country, and they apply to everyone….Nothing more, nothing less.”

The question for Hur is whether they can also apply to a sitting president. Likewise, if these allegations are true and Biden knowingly committed these crimes, the question for Congress could be whether he should remain as president.

Main issue I see is that Trump was a President with authority to declassify documents that were under Secret Service protection. Biden, according to the documents in his possession was a sitting senator and Vice President. Those two positions don't even have the authority to declassify a post-it note. So, either Biden takes it on the chin and gets bounced...something that would most likely split the party as they would HAVE to back Kameltoes and her political run or bring in a late horse to the race. Either one would be running against the abysmal Bidenomic destruction and the chaos on the World stage due to the DNC's bedfellows with the Green New Deal, the Ukranian slush fund and supporting Hamas.

Orangemaaaaan baaaad though...yeah. Can't even say that anymore with a straight face. I never could, but I was referring to the people that still want to use that mantra.

Biden Admits Terrorism Threats In America Are Up But Won’t Stop Welcoming Them Over The Border

In the face of heightened terrorism, Biden has no concrete plans to cut off the biggest potential terrorist pipeline into the United States.

Biden administration officials including President Joe Biden warned over the weekend that Hamas’ attack on Israel has resulted in an increased threat of terrorism within U.S. borders.

FBI Director Christopher Wray warned on Saturday that the “heightened environment” presented by the fighting in Israel and Gaza has caused “an increase in reported threats.”

“We’ve got to be on the lookout, especially for lone actors who may take inspiration from recent events to commit violence of their own,” Wray said during his address at the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference. “I’d encourage you to stay vigilant because as the first line of defense protecting our communities, you’re often the first to see the signs that someone may be mobilizing to violence.”

Wray pledged that the FBI, which was recently exposed for wasting a hefty portion of domestic terrorism resources on targeting supporters of former President Donald Trump, will do whatever it can to “safeguard our communities.”

Biden similarly confirmed during a “60 Minutes” sit-down that Americans are at greater risk of a terrorist attack on U.S. soil after the events of the last week and a half.

“Because of what we’re seeing in the Middle East, is the threat of terrorism in the United States increased?” CBS’s Scott Pelley asked.

“Yes,” Biden replied. “I had a meeting this morning with the Homeland Security people, with the FBI, in the Situation Room for the better of part of an hour to discuss how we make sure that we prevent a lone wolf and or any coordinated effort to try to do what was done in synagogues before, do what was done to Jews in the street.”

Biden claimed that his administration is “making a major effort to make sure that doesn’t happen,” yet he has no concrete plans to cut off the biggest potential terrorist pipeline into the United States.

Hama’s “global day of rage” prompted terrorist attacks and anti-Israel demonstrations not just in France, China, Jordan, Iran, and Italy, but also in states like Washington and California. In addition to the Iranian spies who made their way into the Biden administration and the terrorist sleeper cells already embedded in U.S. cities, foreign incendiaries who wish ill on Americans can literally walk right into the U.S. via our compromised Southern border.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection sources confirmed to Fox News on Monday that two of the Iranians caught sneaking across the Southern border in the last month were pinned as “raising red flags that they could pose a significant security threat.” Their information was later located in the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB).

The capture is not the least bit surprising to border officials who, since October 2022, arrested nearly 160 illegal border crossers whose information was found on the TSDB. The Department of Homeland Security even admitted last week that “[t]errorists and criminal actors may exploit the elevated flow and increasingly complex security environment to enter the United States” via its open Southern border.

Yet, Biden has no plans to stymie the border crisis created by his commitment to undo Trump-era security policies. On the contrary, the Democrat has repeatedly reinforced that he does not care to stop the collapse of the Southern border.

When word spread that Biden, in a major reversal, sought to build part of the Trump border wall he had been “quietly” auctioning off, the Democrat regime scrambled to assure Americans that the administration did not care to secure the nation’s borders, especially with physical barriers.

Biden is not blind to the fact that nearly 7 million illegal border crossers have marched into the country detected by border officials, though likely not detained for long. Instead of addressing the border crisis that is clearly used as a pathway by potential terrorists to infiltrate the states, however, Biden is planning a trip to Israel to discuss its border issues.

If the Biden administration can waive more than two dozen laws to begrudgingly erect part of the border wall, it could easily reinstate other border security measures that would keep illegal border crossings down and free up Border Patrol to capture the several potential terrorists who inevitably make up part of the 1.5 million gotaways who made it into the U.S. under Biden.

Biden Arrives in Israel: Blanks Out While Speaking, Makes Problematic Comment on Gaza Hospital Explosion

President Joe Biden arrived in Israel on Wednesday morning in the middle of a Middle East falling apart, with the attack by Hamas on Israel and an explosion at a hospital in Gaza that killed hundreds. Hamas blamed the explosion on Israel, but evidence indicates that it was likely a result of a failed rocket from Hamas.

The hospital explosion sent people out into the streets against U.S., Israeli, and other embassies on Tuesday night, responding to calls from Hezbollah and others for action. They set fires near the U.S. Embassy in Beirut and briefly pulled down an American flag, replacing it with a Palestinian flag.

When Biden arrived in Israel, he embraced Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, which was good.

https://tinyurl.com/27cxjskc

But then he said a few words during the photo op moment with Netanyahu. Biden talking is always a potential for problems — and it was here. First, he started to tell a story about something that Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote years ago when Biden was in the Senate. Biden gestured to Blinken, who was next to him. Biden said Blinken wrote a line that he, Biden, thinks is "appropriate." Then he completely forgot what that was and tried to cover it with a fill-in, saying he "wouldn't go into it," and he was taking "too much time." That's something he does when he completely blanks out.

https://tinyurl.com/ycxcmpps

Then he spoke about the Gaza explosion.

https://tinyurl.com/8dzwrjs3

"I was deeply saddened and outraged by the explosion at a hospital in Gaza yesterday,' Biden declared.

"And based on what I've seen, it appears as though it was done by the other team, not, not you. But there's a lot of people out there who are not sure. We've got to overcome a lot of things."

Other team? This isn't a sporting event. That makes it sound like it's a football game. But also, he's not putting the name on it in that comment: Hamas. If he thinks it's from Hamas, call them out on it. The other team sounds like he doesn't want to say it.

Biden did talk about the attack on Israel, condemning Hamas there, "They committed evil and atrocities that make ISIS look somewhat more rational."

I suppose we should be grateful he was able to get out any words at all and didn't confuse Hamas with Israel in his remarks.

Biden is supposed to give additional remarks, and hopefully, he can do it without messing things up too much and throwing things into further chaos. He was supposed to go on to Jordan for a summit including Jordan and Egypt, but that was canceled in the wake of the Gaza hospital explosion.

Admin to Allow Iran to Buy and Sell Missiles and Drones Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the day that Joe Biden plans to visit Israel, and it’s also the day that sanctions are lifted on Iran so they can step up their ballistic missile program.

The UN sanctions preventing Iran from buying and selling missiles and drones expire tomorrow. It’s a huge financial victory for Iran.

The US and the European allies are allowing Iran to purchase and supply missiles to enemies of the United States and Israel.

Tomorrow is transition day when the expiration of the UN’s embargo against Iran’s ability to procure and sell missiles and drones goes into effect.

As Joe Biden says he’s heartbroken over what happened to the Jewish people in the genocidal massacre a week ago Saturday, October 7th, he hands an amazing victory to Iran.

Iran has, in recent days, stepped up their threats against Israel as the Jewish state prepares to launch an expected ground invasion into Gaza to root out Hamas terrorists and the entity’s military apparatus.

State Department Deputy Spokesperson Vedant Patel was asked about extending the embargo. We continue to have a number of tools at our disposal to hold Iran’s dangerous development and proliferation of missile-related technologies and UAVs – to hold these things accountable, Patel said, “Obviously, UNSCR 2231 is not the only tool that is at our disposal. We have our own sanctions authorities…We have export controls…We have bilateral, multilateral engagements. We have already effectively targeted the same networks and individuals that would have been covered under a 2231 UNSCR violation and will continue to use our own sanctions authorities to hold the Iranian regime accountable.”

He wasn’t kidding – they have never held the Iranian regime accountable.
A reporter asked again if the administration was willing to let it expire.

Patel said they had “nothing to preview” on that.

He continued, “We have pretty credibly – if you look at our track record on this since the inception of the administration – have held the Iranian regime accountable for its malign and destabilizing activities, and we’ll continue to do so.”
Fox News Digital has tried contacting the State Department and White House about this, and they won’t respond.

So, I guess we have our answer. They are going to let them expire and pretend that this isn’t a huge victory for Iran. Biden will let Iran do just about anything because the Obama-Biden regime wants a nuclear deal that gives the appearance of stopping Iran. In reality, it’s superficial, and it gives them the ability to get the bomb in a time frame.

So, I suppose refreezing that 6 billion dollar to Iran isn't going to happen either?

BUT...let's give them 700 million dollars....riiight?!? Watch this guy lump in more cash for Ukraine with aid for Israel. That way politicians are forced to vote for it. So, if you're counting on aid he said they'll come up with a replenishment of Iron Dome munitions, but that was about it...Zelenskyy gets unaccounted streams of cash, munitions, weaponry and anything else he can dream of with no strings attached. No, the chickens are coming home to roost with the DNC all the way around and they really can't hide anymore.

According to the report, the "bulk" of the assistance will go to Ukraine, while roughly $10 billion will go to defense assistance for Israel following the Oct. 7 attack on civilians by Hamas terrorists from Gaza. A small amount is being set aside for border security, aimed at garnering the support of Congressional Republicans (and giving Democrats a 2024 talking point).

You want to believe that no matter what, America will back Israel.

"Biden’s choice of Bitar for a senior intelligence role within the NSC is largely forgotten, though it generated considerable controversy in the immediate aftermath of Bitar’s appointment in 2021. Numerous reports emerged of Bitar’s history of activism on behalf of Palestine that extended into support for the BDS movement as well as organizations that have been accused of being friendly to terror groups like Hamas.

The Washington Free Beacon reported that Bitar was not only a member but also an executive director of the controversial “Students for Justice in Palestine” (SJP) group. SJP is known for its radical anti-Israel perspective. SJP students at Vassar College, for instance, drew controversy for selling t-shirts depicting Leila Khaled, a convicted terrorist and airplane hijacker, in order to raise money for the “Palestinian resistance.” The SJP has of course responded to the recent Hamas terror attack on Israel by organizing a “Day of Resistance” in support of Hamas’ “historic win” against Israel, according to a recent report by the Daily Mail.

It is rather remarkable that a senior intelligence official in Biden’s national security council would have held a senior position in such an organization. Here is Bitar sporting a black and white “keffiyeh,” a symbol of Palestinian nationalism to express resistance, solidarity, and revolution. Bitar is standing in front of a sign that reads, “Divest from Israel Apartheid.”"

Five Takeaways from Joe’s Duplicitous Oval Office Address About Ukraine

Joe Biden gave a rare Oval Office address Thursday night that began with a clear condemnation of Hamas terror, but quickly shifted focus to cynical politicking and narrative setting, even while Americans are still being held hostage.

Here are a few essential takeaways:

1. The Address Was About Ukraine, Not Israel

I spent over a year trying to get inside Joe Biden’s brain while researching for my New York Times bestselling book, Breaking Biden, and in that time, I learned a few of his moves. One of them is that he tries to shift the political focus to something more favorable for him when his back is against the wall.

That’s what he tried to do tonight.

The dominant news cycle right now – radical Islamic terror directed at Israel – is a terrible one for Joe. As I noted in an article earlier this week, Joe Biden has harmed Israel in numerous ways over his presidency and vice presidency while simultaneously enabling terrorists and their funders. He is also clearly perceived as a weak target by our adversaries around the world; so, the longer the media is focused on Israel, Jews, Hamas rockets, decapitated babies, and American hostages, the worse Joe is going to look. His political instincts told him to try to switch gears.

He did that in his speech tonight. It was not only clumsy, it was offensive.

Actually, it was an attempted hoodwinking. The world thought the speech would be about Israel. And he did talk about Israel. But the speech was really about Ukraine.

He tried to connected Israel and Ukraine in order to suggest to Americans that if you support Israel’s war for its own survival, you must also support limitless taxpayer resources being sent to Ukraine – after those funds make a pit stop in the bank accounts of U.S. defense contractors, of course.

He ended up saying nothing newsworthy about Israel or Hamas, yet he revived the Ukraine funding discussion.

Yes, duplicitous Joe used dead Jews as an excuse to give a speech about Ukraine funding — from the Oval Office, no less.

2. Earth To Joe: Ukraine And Israel Are Not the Same

My colleague Joel Pollak beat me to the punch on this one:

Israel is not Ukraine. Israel is a much closer ally. It is a democracy, and has been for far longer than Ukraine. Its intelligence assists U.S. counter-terror operations; its technology, like the Iron Dome, keeps American troops safe.

Israel has taken bullets — or, rather, Scud missiles — for the U.S., allowing Iraq to attack it during the Gulf War without retaliating, because the U.S. needed to keep Arab allies in its wartime coalition. And millions of Americans — Christian and Jewish — love Israel, visiting in the millions.

The last point is crucial. Israel has been exemplary stewards of the Holy Land, a place where Jews and Christians alike make pilgrimages by the millions. This is fortunate for America, itself a Judeo-Christian nation. If Israel is wiped off the map—the stated objective of those who are at war against it right now—then the Holy Land will be in jeopardy.

I would also add that Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries in the world, and Israel is not. That counts!

3. Joe’s False Construct: Tying Israel’s Survival to Ukraine Spending

Joe wants his Ukraine agenda to continue to get funding. His base really likes sending stuff to Ukraine. And he needs his base happy if he wants to get reelected.

His ultimate goal appears to be to tie funding for Israel to funding for Ukraine in subsequent spending packages.

This is a false construct, and Americans should reject it.

The thought that helping Israel stave off extinction is conditional on sending another bag of goodies to grifters in Ukraine isn’t just totally bogus, it is, again, offensive. If we’re going to tie anything to Israel funds, it should be other issues of urgent national security importance like solidifying our border; but we know Joe doesn’t actually want a secure border.

4. Joe Wants More Cash for the Military-Industrial Complex

As I document in Breaking Biden, Joe Biden and his cabinet are in league with the military-industrial complex, none more so than his Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. Blinken, whom I refer to as the “Secretary of Boeing,” was the managing director of the Penn Biden Center (home of Joe’s infamous classified documents) and co-founded WestExec Advisors, a boutique D.C. consultancy focused on “advising companies on geopolitical risk and emerging opportunities.” He also helped orchestrate the “Russian disinfo” hoax letter that got the Hunter Biden “Laptop from Hell” censored before the 2020 election, along with 50 of his Deep State buddies.

Blinken is one example of many in Biden’s administration. Joe loves to fund the defense industry because that’s where past and future cabinet officials go to bag cash between stints running our government.

In his Oval Office address, Joe Biden specifically called for “missiles for air defense, batters made in Arizona,” and “artillery shells made in 12 countries [sic] in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, and so much more.” He then went on to suggest that it is patriotic to funnel unlimited amounts of your tax dollars to the ever-expanding security state.

The same security state that bankrolls people like Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, who famously sat on the board of Raytheon. The list goes on.

Using the death of Israelis and Americans, especially children, to shake the can for the defense industry was not mereley a little too on the nose, it was grotesque.

5. Joe Is Thinking About a Two-State Solution and Islamophobia

The fact that he is even bringing up the “two state solution” debate right now, days after babies were murdered in their homes by Hamas, and while Americans are still hostage, is seemingly wildly out of touch. Sadly, it’s probably not. These comments were likely a sop to the pro-Hamas faction of our society (a group of people who seemingly control many of our major newsrooms).

In what was another low point for the night, Joe scolded Americans for Islamophobia from two decades ago, despite the fact that radical Muslims targeted Jews for torture, rape, and murder just this month. “I know many of you in the Muslim American community are outraged saying to yourself ‘here we go again’ with Islamophobia and distress we saw after 9/11,” Joe said.

The timing would seem a bit off, unless you see it as a dog whistle to extremists in his political base.

Can we at least try to free the hostages before we get a lecture on why we need to be careful not to hurt people’s hypothetical feelings?

Despite his constant haranguing about unity, Joe Biden rarely misses an opportunity to divide so long as he believes it advances his political position.

Desperate To Sell Ukraine War, Biden Pathetically Appeals To Profit Motives

With prior narratives increasingly incapable of sustaining Americans' enthusiasm for pouring weapons into the West's proxy war in Ukraine, the Biden administration is now using a pitch that's both refreshingly and appallingly honest: promoting the Ukraine war as a way to enrich the U.S. arms industry and its employees.

The new angle comes after Americans have been subjected to a succession of pitches aimed at selling a war that's utterly irrelevant to U.S. security interests. We've been variously told the war is necessary to defend democracy, to deter Putin's aggression, to degrade Russia's army, and even to deter China from invading Taiwan. With support for the war sagging across the political spectrum -- and a growing number of Republican legislators saying enough is enough -- the propaganda machine is increasingly grasping at straws

We got our first taste of the new cash-centric, Keynesian war-pitch in Biden's prime-time Oval Office address last week, which was aimed at selling a $106 billion funding request that will furnish more aid to Ukraine and Israel, with other vote-getting goodies thrown in.

The speech positioned aid to Ukraine and Israel necessary to prevent the destruction of the two countries' (overrated) democracies. But then, in a discordant note, Biden awkwardly pivoted to the supposed economic benefits that will come from borrowing even more money and shoveling it into the coffers of weapon manufacturers:

“We send Ukraine equipment sitting in our stockpiles. And when we use the money allocated by Congress, we use it to replenish our own stores, our own stockpiles with new equipment. Equipment that defends America and is made in America. Patriot missiles for air defense batteries, made in Arizona. Artillery shells manufactured in 12 states across the country, in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas. And so much more."

Biden's used his Oct 19 Oval Office address to emphasize the economic benefits of prolonging the Ukraine war

That was just the opening salvo of the administration's new money-centered appeal. It's likely to fall flat with the average citizen, but they're not the principal audience anyway. In the US empire, the only hearts and minds that matter win are the ones in the House and Senate.

Underscoring that fact, Politico has obtained talking points being distributed by the White House to Capitol Hill's leading warmongers. In part, the document reads:

“This supplemental request invests over $50 billion in the American defense industrial base — ensuring our military continues to be the most ready, capable, and best equipped fighting force the world has ever seen — and expanding production lines, strengthening the American economy and creating new American jobs.”

Politico reports that White House officials are also circulating "slides showing nearly $20 billion in investment in the industrial base via U.S. support for Ukraine. That includes nearly $3.1 billion in contracts targeted toward expanding the nation’s industrial base capacity, including increasing artillery production approximately six-fold over three years."

In recent months, anyone with sound morals and a clear mind cringed as various officials started publicly celebrating the Ukraine conflict as a means of weakening Russia without any loss of American life or limbs. One of the worst examples of that casual ghoulishness where Ukrainian lives are concerned came from Senator Mitt Romney, who cheerfully described the billions being poured into Ukraine as "about the best national defense spending I think we've ever done. We're losing no lives in Ukraine!"

The single most important thing we can do to strengthen America relative to China is to see Russia defeated in Ukraine. A weakened Russia deters the CCP's territorial ambition, and halts Putin's vision of reestablishing the old Soviet Union. Supporting Ukraine is in our interest. pic.twitter.com/X21GGs0lTW
— Senator Mitt Romney (@SenatorRomney) August 25, 2023

Now, we see the War Party graduating from public indifference to Ukrainian lives to spotlighting the profits and overtime pay to be reaped from the Ukraine meat-grinder. Maybe we should applaud it as truth in advertising: After all, the war was always about enriching and empowering the military-industrial complex anyway.

National Archives Sued, Reveals Existence Of 82,000 Pages Of Joe Biden Emails Using Pseudonym

Thanks to Hunter Biden's laptop, we learned in 2021 that while serving as vice president, Joe Biden used several private email accounts from which he would sometimes forward or receive government correspondence.

Now we know that three of them in particular, pseudonyms [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], sent or received 82,000 pages worth of emails, according to the National Archives - far more than the 33,000 emails former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton illegally deleted from her private server.

The reason we know this is because the Archives refused to provide the information, and was sued via the Freedom of Information Act by the conservative nonprofit organization Southeastern Legal Foundation.

The emails themselves, which span an eight-year period, will purportedly take a considerable amount of time to produce due to the "scope" - and as such, "the volume of potentially responsive records is necessarily large."

"NARA has completed a search for potentially responsive documents and is currently processing those documents for the purpose of producing non-exempt portions of any responsive records on a monthly rolling basis," reads a Monday filing in the lawsuit.

That said, according to the filing, NARA and the plaintiffs are searching for ways to narrow the request for records in order to get copies of the emails out in a more timely manner (like, before the 2024 election?).

Government officials use of private email for official business is discouraged under the law, and officials like Biden are required to preserve all government-related emails conducted on their private accounts under the Federal Records Act. The fact that NARA has such a large collection suggests Biden gave those emails to the nation’s history-preserving agency.

The total revealed by the Archives, however, is stunning in size, even dwarfing the total from the most infamous private email scandal in American history involving former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, which also involved government business on Obama’s watch. -Just the News

There is no indication thus far from the National Archives that any of Biden's emails contain classified information, however he is under investigation by Special Counsel Robert Hur related to the removal an improper storage of classified documents from his days as VP.

The stunning admission also comes as Republicans are seeking records related to the Biden family dealings in Ukraine and other countries, raising the specter of possibility that some, or many, of the 82,000 emails will bolster various Congressional corruption investigations.

Republicans have asked NARA for an un-redacted document that indicates that then-Vice President Biden took a call with the president of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, on May 27, 2016.

Republicans say the document was emailed to 'Robert L. Peters' with Hunter Biden copied.

At the time, top Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin was investigating oil company Burisma Holdings for corruption - the same company that Hunter was a sitting board member of.

Their demands come after Hunter Biden's ex-business partner Archer testified before the House Oversight Committee earlier this month that Joe Biden's 'brand' protected Burisma because 'people would be intimidated to mess with them.' -Daily Mail

Could these emails contain the smoking gun?

The Pro-Hamas Left Is Warming Up For Real Violence

The emerging Red-Green alliance is poised to plunge the country into a spat of civic violence comparable to the summer of 2020, or worse.

Talk about bad timing. On Wednesday, the White House announced a “National Strategy to Counter Islamophobia,” the necessity of which, according to awkwardly scripted remarks by Vice President Kamala Harris, is that Muslims endure a disproportionate number of “hate-fueled attacks and other discriminatory incidents.”

Leave it to the Biden White House to pick a moment when a wave of antisemitism is surging across America to announce this. Set aside the dearth of evidence that Muslims face persecution or discrimination in mainstream American society. Last year set a record for anti-Jewish hate crimes, breaking the previous record that was set the year before. Since the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attack on Israel, antisemitism has erupted in our cities and on campuses, this time with the imprimatur and cooperation of the identitarian left. The idea that now is the time to address Islamophobia is so out of touch with the reality of the moment, only the Biden-Harris administration could possibly have come up with it.

But the announcement inadvertently serves to highlight a rather disturbing development in our civic life. At this point, some three weeks removed from the Hamas slaughter of 1,400 Israelis, it’s hard to deny that we have a domestic constituency for Hamas in this country. Generally speaking, it’s comprised of a broad swath of the woke left together with a broad swath of Muslim-Americans, united in what amounts to an unstable Red-Green alliance.

It’s also easy to see that this Hamas constituency is warming up for a season of real violence.

We’ve all seen the recent videos of self-righteous Hamas sympathizers tearing down posters of missing or kidnapped Israeli children. In almost every case, their actions are accompanied by either a defiant callousness or a dead-eyed nonchalance. Pleading with them or interrogating them is pointless, as every person who has tried to do so on camera has quickly discovered. These people are antisemites, and it’s not possible to shame them out of their antisemitism. They own it gladly.

But this week, a different sort of video appeared on social media. A group of Jews in Manhattan’s Upper East Side physically protected a bunch of posters of Israeli child hostages from an antisemite who was trying to tear them down. The man, who of course covered his face with a keffiyeh, tried to force his way through and a scuffle ensued. Eventually, a cop pulled up and appeared to arrest the man as a crowd gathered.

The incident illustrates the violence lurking just beneath the surface of the antisemitic, pro-Hamas sentiment now manifesting all across the country. The kind of people who are willing to casually rip down posters of children taken hostage by terrorists are not those who have any kind of principled commitment to nonviolence. They might or might not individually be cowards, but they clearly have no problem with violence as such — see, for example, the BLM posters celebrating Hamas paragliders who slaughtered more than 250 Israeli concertgoers on Oct. 7.

This is especially true on our nation’s college campuses. This week at Harvard, whose students have staged some of the most blatant and vile pro-Hamas demonstrations, including straightforward calls for the ethnic cleansing of Jews, a group of keffiyeh-waving students surrounded and then assaulted a Jewish student who was simply trying to get away from them.

Some of these assailants have been identified, like Ibrahim Bharmal, a student at Harvard Law School and an editor at the Harvard Law Review, as well as Elom Tettey-Tamaklo, a student of Harvard Divinity School. That a Harvard law student feels free to harass and assault Jews on campus — the opposite of what we should expect from a student of the law — suggests not only that antisemitism on campus is a real threat to Jewish students but that the pro-Hamas woke left is growing in boldness, and is reasonably confident it can target individual Jews on campus with impunity.

Jon Levine called the Harvard assault a LARP pogrom, which is exactly what it was. And as we know from 2020, left-wing riot and assault LARPers eventually get around to the real thing. Indeed, all the elements are falling into place for a season of civic violence of the kind we saw during the summer of 2020. The White House’s ham-fisted campaign against Islamophobia is all the confirmation you need that Jewish Americans, not Muslims, are the ones in real danger right now.

This is something of a pattern on the left. When a dangerous or unstable element in its coalition is revealed as such, the official narrative is to pretend that element is under unique threat from the American mainstream. Look at the media and Democrat reaction to the mass shooting at a Christian school in Nashville back in March. The shooter was Audrey Hale, a 28-year-old woman who identified as a man. She killed three children and three adults before police took her out. Hale was mentally unwell and left behind a kind of trans shooter manifesto, which was suspiciously never released to the public.

In the wake of the shooting, all we heard from the corporate press and Democratic leaders was that transgender Americans were under threat. Not a word about how transgender ideology attracts mentally unstable, unwell people who need help, not affirmation. That was not the conversation they wanted to have, even after the slaughter of six innocent people.

Likewise, we’re going to hear a lot more about how Muslims and left-wing Hamas apologists are the real victims, even as Jewish students suffer escalating attacks, harassment, and threats. Make no mistake, the violent rhetoric you hear at these pro-Hamas rallies, the revolting practice of tearing down posters of Israeli children taken hostage, the targeting of individual Jewish students on campus — it’s all leading somewhere very bad.
