It was a totally separate matter that she had no authority to rule over. It called for her to overstep her subject matter jurisdiction "boundary lines."

Anyhow, ... HIS weeks in court are starting. I bet there will still be a plea deal.

This whole thing will play out until the election and Joe will pardon him on the way out the door or immediately upon re-election, should he be sentenced.

Maybe the better question is, what are the ranges within sentencing for what Hunter is charged?

Same question on Trump, although hard to find what other rich guys convicted of specifically 34 felonies look like.
