The secret service should be subject to a public hearing for their role in covering up the gun being left where it was. You can’t shake a stick blindfolded and not hit a Sniffy Joe red flag.

“ The media eagerly spread the claim of Russian disinformation before the presidential election. Twitter and others suppressed the story. This was done through one of the most skillful disinformation campaigns in history.”

Skillful? My foot it was skillful. It was sheer willingness of so many Democrats and the majority of the media to “shrug their shoulders”. That is the new authoritarian salute. When something is obvious and when the quiet part is accidentally said out loud they just shrug their shoulders. They shrug their shoulders at injustice and they exercise no curiosity to look into the truth or at what is holding up the story. They just shrug at it and carry on smartly, never demanding an explanation. Gut churning cowardice.

I suspect the Hunter prosecution is on life support.
If Joe loses, he will pardon him.
If Joes wins, it goes away or Hunter gets pardoned.

Hunter Biden's Emails Show He Actually Helped Fund Bioweapons Lab in Ukraine

Hunter Biden's emails have revealed that he actually funded bioweapon labs in Ukraine, an accusation which Russia made on Thursday. Emails from Hunter Biden's laptop, which is abandoned now, have shown he helped secure millions of dollars of funding for Pentagon contractor Metabiota specializing in research on pandemic-causing diseases that could be used as bioweapons.

Hunter introduced Metabiota to Burisma, an allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas firm, in connection to a science project which involved high biosecurity level labs in Ukraine. In 2014, the vice president of Metbiota, ostensibly a medical data company, sent a mail to Hunter emphasizing that they could assert Ukraine's cultural and economic independence from Russia.

Deep Military Intelligence

Now, Russia's accusations of US-backed bioweapons labs have turned out to be true as Hunter's emails have shown Metabiota has worked in Ukraine for Black & Veatch. The company is a Pentagon contractor and has deep ties to US military intelligence agencies, which built secure labs in Ukraine analyzing killer diseases and bioweapons.

Hunter gets convicted, but because the court system is corrupt, I fully expect the Trumpers to fully defend Hunter in the Witch Hunt/Kangaroo court legal system.

Only if we're comparing apples to apples. Hunter is guilty and his laptop proves it. Trump's charges were misdemeanors that happened years ago that they finagled into court. Obama was guilty of the same... fined. Nothing else. Look it up.

Confident that Hunter Biden had reached an agreed upon plea deal. A deal which was rejected by a Trump appointed judge.

Either they are both examples of a Weaponized Judicial System, or neither are.

The judge refused to sign because she did not have jurisdiction over the pending gun charge, which was not part of the Hunter case she had before her.

It was a totally separate matter that she had no authority to rule over. It called for her to overstep her subject matter jurisdiction "boundary lines."

Anyhow, ... HIS weeks in court are starting. I bet there will still be a plea deal.

This whole thing will play out until the election and Joe will pardon him on the way out the door or immediately upon re-election, should he be sentenced.

If this ends up being the first plea deal in history that gives a slap on the wrist and sweeps most everything under the rug, I’ll be angry. If he gets a plea deal that is middle of the road and one that a good percentage of others have gotten for the same package of charges, then I’ll accept it with no complaints. I don’t expect them to be extra tough on him just because he’s Joe’s son. I just want a fair outcome that other citizens could expect if their dad wasn’t POTUS. I think the last POTUS’s son to get a pass or two was GHW Bush’s son “Dubya”. I didn’t much care for that either.

Hunter will be fine. He’s not going to jail. He still gets to fly on Air Force 1.

rfenst,
Is there any database that is available to you or the public at large can see a baseline either in the nation or in Delaware specifically?

Maybe the better question is, what are the ranges within sentencing for what Hunter is charged?

Same question on Trum, although hard to find what other rich guys convicted of specifically 34 felonies look like.

I do not know of any such database(s). But, I am sure SOMEONE has done the research and has answered your question. I don't know about the other questions either. My bet is that the gun charge and the business records falsification conviction do not ordinarily result in jail time for first offenders. But, I will look...

I checked MSNBC and it said Trump was facing 764 years in prison.
