Close to 90 here today, which actually feels great in the shade since the RH is so low, then dropping back into the 80s most of the week. Water still too cold to use the pool but prolly in a few weeks it should be ready to go.

Still looking for a new set of tires. I see Costco is offering $150 off a set of Michelins but I was trying to make it to Memorial Day since Discount usually has a sale then.

Up at 4:30 and out the door for the walk soon as the coffee does it's thing.

“Master planned” doesn’t sound culturally sensitive.
Time to dismantle the racist power structure.

Society needs to be equitable.
Everyone should live in a grass hut.
Upgrades to the amenities are acceptable though…

Realtors now refer to it as the “primary bedroom”. If you want to have some fun, keep calling it the master bedroom and then inquire about the slave quarters.

Everyone should live in a grass hut. Just some are nicer than others. And are made of brick. And are really fancy. And are behind walls and have a gatehouse.

Afternoon All... cold front set in yesterday.. wtf... high of 60 today woke up to 39 again... windy but sunny...

Well so far so Good? After shelving the wife and I's rezoning issue until this council gets their chit together they came along with this offer Public Hearing set for April 24th, lets see what kind of Pork they try to swing in this proposal?

April 4, 2023 Agenda
Zoning
Discussion and possible action regarding setting of a Public Hearing on Monday, April 24, 2023, for the purpose of amending the Zoning Ordinance to add: Warehousing and Wholesale Trade. 1) Commercial and Industrial Warehousing Facilities, 2) Self-Service Storage Facilities, 3) Moving and Storage Facilities to Section 5.8 General Commercial District in the City of Waverly Zoning Ordinance book. The Zoning Committee is in agreed with this amendment.

Wife and I shelved their offer to give us Light Industrial with General Commercial setbacks... 10' setbacks, this would apease their screw up of allowing a person to rezone in 2000 to Commercial and build storage units on his land. after 24 months of explaining We wanted to be just like " Bob", Bob is his real name and they (City) allowed him Commercial for the same as we asked for.. Only Storage Units were not in the CG zoing catagory, BUT Bob set a "Precedence" to their Code when allowed to do just that... IL Light Industrial is where they moved the classification to God knows when? but in IL the setbacks were/are 15' insets where Commercial allows you 5 extra feet to work with. We'll see how this works out for everyone?? 🇨🇮

Swimming is probably the best non impact form of exercise. You use the entire body of muscles and also get a good cardio work out depending on how hard you push it.

Great job Damn. I went from 235 to 205 since new year’s. That was before my current 2 week vacation. We will see where I’m at next week when we get home. 😬

I kept the weight down under 200 now since 2011-ish. Was 218 in 2007, dropped to 202, went up to 207 and then down to 173 (too low). 178-182 is ideal for me. 192 or so at the moment.
