Still have no idea how you are being prevented from “prospering off your land.” What EXACTLY does this mean? What is it you want to do that you are being prevented from doing? You still haven’t answered that.
The link you provided to the ethics filing links to the actual ethics code. I didn’t see anything in that code that prevents someone who has filed bankruptcy from holding public office. So it seems to me you’re wasting time and resources making an issue of it absent any proof that he has mismanaged public funds. In fact it paints you as a person just looking for any excuse valid or not to complain.
But, I find it interesting that as far as you’re concerned if someone has the RIGHT message then the fact that they have used the bankruptcy code to protect themselves is ok. But, if you have a disagreement with them then it seems that in your eyes they are unfit to hold public office. Isn’t that a bit like the pot calling the kettle black.
As far as grammar is concerned if one wants someone to understand their thoughts it’s important for that person to articulate them in such a way that those thoughts are in fact understandable. You may know what’s going on, but if you can’t write in a way that others can understand then you’re wasting your time writing anything.
