tomorrow, I am sending a Federal Lawyer out of DC a $1000 retainer. he is drafting up a letter to the Mayor and the City Attorney. I Said Retainer not suing and yes spending out of pocket not a pro bono or whatever where the law firm takes control and wants to sue sue sue... this town is broke and now 3 of us are looking at the finances and Treasurer reports.
I Honestly do not want to put the burden on the taxpayers, but I'm turning it over to a man who is educated and has the means to finish the mission
