Eleven pounds???

I'm a glutton but I'm usually done eating at about 2lbs of food.

Ordered some snack stick casings cause I needed another $10 on my Amazon order for free shipping. Expand my meat experimentation. Hoping the kitchenaid grinder attachment with the sausage stuffing nozzle will work for it don't want to buy more equipment. Next equipment purchase will be a meat slicer, I need that more than a sausage stuffer.

I made crawfish étouffée for supper. It was just ok but leftovers tomorrow are going to be much better.

You get about one pound of meat from 10 pounds of whole crawfish. Still a bit much but crawfish is my favorite meal and I’ve been refusing to buy them until now due to ridiculously high prices this year.

I like lobster. I like king crab even more. I have never had crawfish, but I'd try it.

Coffeed up... getting ready for the dog walk. Gym after that... not sure what else is on today's agenda.

Good morning everyone. We are having a great time on our vacation. We saw the redwoods today, and are now in Mendocino. Medicino proper is an artistic community with a somewhat interesting heritage.

Wife has a friend coming in Friday for a wedding on Saturday.

I guess buying a suit, shirt, tie, socks and shoes was on the agenda.... I have a belt. 😰 Shirt is tight in the shoulders... need to return it. I wanted to try it on, but they just wanted to take measurements so they didn't have to unfold it and unpin it and stuff. Well... fuggers should have listened to me.

Oh, well... now I have one for whenever I need one. Which I hope is very infrequently.

Suits are item of clothing I no longer wear. I will wear dress slacks, a blazer, and so on. I do have a tuxedo for black tie events.

Waite a sec... didn't you move to Florida? 🤦 Even here in South Carolina, clean pants and an ironed shirt are good enough for funerals, wedding the same.

Yeah. Anyone who knows me well will tell you my uniform of the day is shorts and a t-shirt. Sneakers or Oofos.

I have 4 pairs of pants that are microfiber material. Waistband like sweatpants. 2 front pockets and a back pocket with zippers. 90% of the time it's too damn hot for any other kinda pants.

Trashed my suits when I moved. I had 2 nice ones, actually... got them when I was 215 lbs. So I had them taken in... but they never really fit right again. I was able to find what I needed without any tailoring. 44R jacket, 36/30 pants are a bit big in the waist, but I didn't want 34's and no ball room.

Yeah... thought about just slacks and a nice shirt, but every now and again I like to look good, ya know?
