The Declaration of independence is good stuff, but it is non-responsive.
Who make s the final call?
Each soldiers?
Their group commander?
Someone higher up the chain?
Who, ultimateley,who?/?

The Declaration of Independence is nice but Biden has the Declaration of I Have F-15s and Nukes.

Anybody? I don't think you mean that. I think you mean only those who you deem personally enlightened because they "understand" the meaning the exact same way you do. So, only those you deem personally to be enlightened?

You are strawmaning and gaslighting again. It's not about me. You only have to go back to the ratifying conventions to be enlightened about what the words meant to the states. Even then there was great distrust among many framers about the words and what they meant and what twisted interpretations would come about later. It didn't take long after to confirm their suspicions.

One thing is for sure, the Constitution would have never been ratified back then if the words were interpreted in the way that sleazeball politicians, lawyers, and bureaucrats do today.

You are in the combat zone. You are instructed to kill by your military officer. Maybe it's within the law, maybe it's not. Who makes the final call?

That falls under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

You have a duty to disobey an unlawful order. You have to decide. If you’re wrong you will be subject to discipline. If you were right the person giving the order might be subject to discipline.

I heard if the people make a final choice that the government doesn't like, then it's like an insurrection, and the government can take away their rights, their property and their lives if they choose.

Thank you.

Is that why the fake electors in five of the seven states are being now charged?

Why are the other two states not doing it yet?

Seems a straight forward threat to democracy.

Prolly a dictatorship. Usually, incorrectly classified as communism, which does not exist in reality. Socialism would also be incorrect, as it differs greatly from this. I'll tale Totalitarianism for 500 Alex.

An interesting thing happened when the SCOTUS handed down the ruling on Presidential Immunity.

If he can't be prosecuted for official acts, then his lawyers argue that evidence generated through a President's official acts should not have been allowed to have been admitted in the New York criminal case where he was found guilty of 34 misdemeanor counts of that were spun into felonies by an overzealous DA given a decidedly biased jury pool.

Now his lawyers seek to have the jury verdict set aside as they argue that the bulk of the evidence used at trial should never have been put in front of the jury. The argument being that the call logs, tweets and other evidence should not have been allowed since it falls under the purvey of "official acts" of the job.

What'd I say? The dude ain't right. He ain't been right since day 1 and the media and his puppeteers have been hiding it (poorly, for most of us with sense).

Now even the media is saying he ain't right.

And... the "convicted felon" will have all of it overturned on appeal.

Bet money on it.

He couldn’t climb out of the basement to campaign and he represented himself as an unhinged nut job in many of his video interviews or the few public appearances he made. Now, suddenly, the progressive media notices that something ain’t quite right about Joe Biden. Maybe Joe Scarborough can tell us what we should think about this.
