The government makes the final call because all our rights are derived from the good will of the government. The Declaration of Independence is nice but Biden has the Declaration of I Have F-15s and Nukes.

So, what is your point?
Anybody? I don't think you mean that. I think you mean only those who you deem personally enlightened because they "understand" the meaning the exact same way you do. So, only those you deem personally to be enlightened?
Cute. You are in the combat zone. You are instructed to kill by your military officer. Maybe it's within the law, maybe it's not. Who makes the final call?
You have to pick your preferred answer. Is it the people or the government who makes the final choice.
I heard if the people make a final choice that the government doesn't like, then it's like an insurrection, and the government can take away their rights, their property and their lives if they choose.

What's it called when those in office and power refuse to accept election results and do everything in their power to overthrow the vote?
He couldn’t climb out of the basement to campaign and he represented himself as an unhinged nut job in many of his video interviews or the few public appearances he made. Now, suddenly, the progressive media notices that something ain’t quite right about Joe Biden. Maybe Joe Scarborough can tell us what we should think about this.
