Or maybe he should have kept them on a server in a bathroom, then destroyed things that were subpoenaed……this is much bigger than parties or personalities.

Biden was guilty the day he walked out with the documents. Senators don’t have that privilege. He wasn’t POTUS then. We are looking at 20 years ago, back when he was a well intended middle aged moron.

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” it said. “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”

Sounds like just the right person to be the leader of the free world, Mr. Magoo is as close to the button to end this world as he is from the remote control as he’s changing channels from The View to old western reruns. 🤔

2 thoughts, most of you seem to be saying you would vote impartially based on the facts and the jury in NY city did not, shame on you. There are honest liberals, roughly as many as honest conservatives. Also based on demographics there we 1 or 2 conservatives on the jury, this is an estimate as I cannot find this information. Also, you have turned this into a Trump pity party by bringing other cases into it. They are not related to my specific question in any way. I am a moderate independent with a slight leaning to the left because I am right-handed. I would vote based on the facts, not my opinion that he is guilty. Facts always outweigh opinion, especially in court where I have taken a vow I hold as correct and serious.
