ummmmm...what kinda shoes...and what size?

I would definitely walk towards the beach, where it'd be much cooler...another 100+ day, at 114F an hour ago

Not sure anyone could walk a mile in my current shoe... got a big medical boot on my right foot... not sure what's wrong yet.. had a MRI earlier today.. will be next week before I hear from da doc... 😞

Just "partook"....

Couch bound and dumb w/ a 1 shot vodka and cranberry juice after soft dinner of Salisbury steak and Mac & cheese...
Breakfast was applesauce and canned peaches w/ coffee & copious amts of 1/2 & 1/2..

Netflix soon...
Watched WWII shows all morning...
diverticulitis blows....
Polops are easily removed...

I was setting up the pop-up shade thing down at da beach.. had to jump to push the center locking thing and my foot came down on a sand ripple.. sounds innocent enough but it was right in the ball of my foot.. felt like a lightning bolt going thru my foot.. hurt like he'll at the time and still hurts after 6 days... 😟

When I was a kid I was running after another kid and stopped down on a tent stake with he bottom of my foot It hurt for a long time. 😰

Sloppy game. Too many penalties, missed tackles, dropped balls. Packers gotta clean that stuff up or it's going to be a crappy season.

Saw a dead chicken in the yard so I went outside to throw it in the compost pile. Had to turn back around and put a jacket on.

45° this morning.

High of 60.
