here I iz...

sunny and warm...high 70's, overnight lows in mid 40's...

being retired, both my wife and I enjoy our main meal at lunch time, and lightly snack for the other meals...so I grilled porterhouse steaks and stir fried broccoli, sweet onion and mushrooms for lunch...

Mornin dudes. Draggin ars this morning. Yesterday the garbage disposal bearings gave out so grabbed a new one from Home Depot and changed it. Now my back and knee have nothing good to say. Gonna be a forced march today.
