Frustrating day here. It was supposed to be a rather easy day but a few things dropped in my lap that were not on the to do list. I get frustrated with people who should know better but ignore things until it's too late and then I need to try to scramble to fix it.

Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency for me but, sadly, some people don't understand that concept.
