Personally when you institute martial law on your citizens you're tamping down on their freedoms and liberties, but hey that's me.

Some speakers who criticised the government were blacklisted from government-directed news. The outlets and journalists who were considered a threat to the national security and who undermined the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity according to the authorities were blocked, banned or sanctioned.
