1. Zelensky wasn't being called or declared a tritor until just 2-3 weeks ago. Now, it is the accusation de jour.

2. "Presidential elections were scheduled to be held in Ukraine in March or April 2024. However, as martial law has been in effect since 24 February 2022 in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Martial no elections were held because Ukrainian law does not allow presidential elections to be held when martial law is in effect. aw has been extended in 90-day intervals since the full-scale invasion with parliament's approval and has most recently (as of February 2025) been extended for the 14th time until 9 May 2025.[u/]

Incumbent President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has not confirmed if he will seek reelection. When asked in a January 2025 interview, he said that seeking a second term was not his current goal or focus, but his decision would depend on the outcome of the war."

Personally when you institute martial law on your citizens you're tamping down on their freedoms and liberties, but hey that's me.

Russian invasion and Zelensky presidency (2019-present)

On March 3, 2022, the Criminal Code of Ukraine was supplemented by Article 436-2, titled "Justification, recognition as legitimate, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants". The article, which has been criticized by the OHCHR and other human rights groups,[85][86] states punishment by correctional labor up to two years or imprisonment up to eight years for such speech.[87] Gonzalo Lira, an American pro-Russia blogger living in Ukraine, was among those arrested under this law.[88]

On December 30, 2022, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed into law a bill that would expand the power of government to regulate media outlets and journalists in the country, over the objections of journalists and international press freedom groups.[89][90]

According to a State Department report published in 2023 restrictions were placed on media freedoms enabling "an unprecedented level of control over primetime television news." Some speakers who criticised the government were blacklisted from government-directed news. The outlets and journalists who were considered a threat to the national security and who undermined the country's sovereignty and territorial integrity according to the authorities were blocked, banned or sanctioned.

They need 60 votes, not just the 53 seats.🇨🇮

Senate Republicans hold a 53-seat majority, but likely need eight Democratic votes in the GOP-led chamber to overcome a filibuster in the GOP-led chamber to pass the measure, known as a continuing resolution.

Putin was duly elected. Zelensky was too. His term has expired and he's not allowing elections. Why? Because he'd lose and then the entire money laundering operation

Credible citation containing proof elections were suspended by Zelensky, AND NOT UKRAINES PARLIMENT.
Credible citation showing proof of graft by Zelensky.
If you show it, I'll believe it. Otherwise, it's just hearsay accusations de jour!
