American students will be permanently expelled or depending on the crime, arrested. NO MASKS! Thank you for your attention to this matter."

FYI Protests... are not "Illegal" and holding one is not a "crime"...

Agree with you 100%. But the 1st amendment stops at the pallet of bricks.

In the 25 or so years I've been following the soap opera called politics, the Republicans have only ever cared about free speech when theirs was being threatened. That was recently.

Nowadays only the opposition party cares. So, if it's Sanostra/Fetterman 2029 then the Republicans will care again, and the democrats wont.

But why are state colleges taking bribes er grant money from the federales in the first place?

Work within your state budget even if it makes your school smaller. That way your school isn't subject to the whims of any federal administration.

i have always agreed with this... protest is legal... period... violence and destruction is not and i have never defended anyone that was arrested and prosecuted for violence or destruction of property during a protest... that include the BLM rallies, anti abortion rallies, jan 6, and the college campus protests.... any one causing physical harm to another or property (private or government owned) should be investigated, arrested, and tried for those crimes...

There are substantive legal problems with that statement by Trump. "Allows" and "illegal" are vague terms. It turns prospective free speech into a crime. This smacks of "Prior Restraint," that could "Chill" otherwise free speech.

You got me... if the complaint is that the law he spearheaded made tampons and other products related to menstruation available for students in schools (thats what the actual law states... and it does not say wear to locate them) that's fine... you are an idiot for that complaint but at least it is fact based... if the complaint is that Tim Walz forced tampons into boys bathrooms then again... you are an idiot because that is not stated anywhere in the law that was passed and it simply instructs the school district to make them available. some chose to put them in bathrooms, others in the nurses stations...
