Triple-wrap, dry ice, boxed and sealed tight. UPS 2-3 air.
No need for too much ice--or any, if it is hard to locate. I can handle stink of any kind, but UPS guys/gals cannot. So really you are just trying to conceal smell, not preserve flesh.
