Its not so much that they have the best flavor, but that the flavor is always consistent. At every McDonalds I have every had a memory of eating breakfast at the pancakes are always the same. They always taste the same, always the same consistency. I never have to wonder if I'm going to like them or if there going to be cooked wrong....its always the same. Reliability wins.
