Pancakes............and say what you will but the best pancakes around are at McDonalds.

I’m sure your asking yourself how in the world could I think that the best pancakes are at McDonalds, but its really easy.

Its not so much that they have the best flavor, but that the flavor is always consistent. At every McDonalds I have every had a memory of eating breakfast at the pancakes are always the same. They always taste the same, always the same consistency. I never have to wonder if I’m going to like them or if there going to be cooked wrong....its always the same. Reliability wins.

Like them both, but I do prefer my pancakes to be closer in size to those John Candy made in the movie "Uncle Buck". Rather have full-size waffles over those tiny silver-dollar pancakes. For pancakes in the Burgh - Pamela's. No Waffle House here.

Sheesh - I finally dealt with my lluvia-induced grits craving at the Cracker Barrel this morning, but now I can't stop thinking about PANCAKES.

In honor of Cycleman saying hi today, im making blueberry pancakes in the morning to piss him off and make him post more! Plus im outta waffle mix and wisking eggs for homemade takes too long...
