Anyway, it's ridiculously silly term which has long since outlived it's usefulness. Don't take it too hard, most people use the term when starting out.

BTW - wanted to add that when I was speaking of the first three letters of the box codes and how sometimes the same cigars are made at different factories, a change of codes from month to month does not necessarily indicate a change in factories. It's not uncommon now, with the current coding system, for a single factory to get a new code each month, even if they are still producing the same cigar they were last month. There is also speculation that multiple factory codes can be issued to the same factory for the same month for different cigar marques/ vitolas.

Yeah, it's kludgey, no one has figured the new system out yet.
