for the most part the cigar business is full of people that believe in good cust. service. There is another online shpo that I found some house rolled connies that are very good. Have been buying them for a while now, ordered a bundle a couple weeks ago, as it turned out they sent something else which turned out to be a dog rocket. I gave them a call and after a little searching turns out they were out of my prefered size, corona. The cigar guy got on the phone with me and said he apologized for the mix up and knew what I wanted and would take care of it. They come in bundles of 25 for 49 bucks any size. Well the order showed up yesterday they only had 8 left in the size I wanted. In addition to those he sent 15 lancero maddies, 5 of his personal stash rolled just for him, 2 Tempus lanceros and 2 Rodrigo lanceros. Total of 32 sticks and a note that said to do whatever I wanted with dog rockets. Nice customer service that will keep my business.
