That's strange...................All my items get shipped for free. Maybe because of my membership?

OK i didnt read every post, so sorry if this has already been said, but i dont think it has.

What i have noticed, is that before the item(s) ship, The ORDER TOTAL is already generated at the bottom. The little boxes showing "SHIPPING TOTAL" and "SALES TAX" are "$0.00" (this is all under my order history online mind you)

I dont ever see the "SHIPPING TOTAL" box with the shipping amount in it before the item actually ship, after they ship, the shipping total is put in the appropriate box and is always accurate on my ONLINE ORDER HISTORY as well as my actual INVOICE.

Another FYI. The guys talking about free shipping and platinum membership packages are bogus. I guess just a little cigar humor from the mentally challenged.

Gee Rutdog where'd you learn those big words like "idiot and stupid".I guess since you've most probably been called them enough they kind of stuck,huh? Just fyi when I called customer service about the charge they informed me it was NOW a dollar charge on every item.Like someone said earlier that contradicts{that means goes against) just for you ratdog what is said in the contract.Now she might have been wrong,but when I added it up she was right about my invoice which had no shipping charge listed.

I know they show the shipping amount on the invoice on the website but I don't believe they include it on the printed invoice that comes in the box. Not a big deal for me as I simply copy and paste the information into my database. I ordered some items (merch and cigars) and they aren't charging a buck for every additional item. They do for certain items, but not everything.

Not sure what all you ordered, but if you need to do a per item breakdown, I'm sure if you spoke to cust. service they would be happy to help you out. I normally just do the math in my head, but I also don't have big orders.

Except for a few items, I generally come out ahead even with shipping costs. I wish it were a tad bit cheaper, but I mostly can't complain.

Or some people can have some personal accountablity when they make their purchases.

I add the cost of shipping in my head per lot I bid on. I win a single or two? Fine an extra $0.25-$0.50.

Not rocket science. Jeez.

On my latest notice (this is the email confirmation of my order), it clarifies which provider is doing the shipping, in this case, UPS - RESIDENTIAL GROUND (3) and lists the price $9.45.

It then lists the shipping again in the break down at the end.

I'm not sure where you are saying it is not showing your shipping cost? Looking into your orders on the website? In the confirmation email? In the invoice you received with your boxed goods?
