Guys the piece of paper that comes in teh box... not an invoice.

Looks more like a packing slip to me. The fact that it references the invoice, along with the invoice number, is all the proof you need that... it... is... not... an... invoice

Oh and Heracles, since you think it's impressive to bust out the Latin, why resort to argumentum ad hominem?

Note how I italicized the non-English bit there, as is the convention in written text when borrowing phrases from other languages, to more clearly distinguish it from the rest of the content.

Dopewell,I'm glad to see your so interested in my grammar and punctuation. You must be a real genius. All I have to say to you is "Caeser si viveret ,ad remum dareris".Since your a genius I'm sure you'll figure it out.

I never said I was a genius, but unlike you, I can understand a simple written shipping policy. I can also write proper english sentences, which you still can't seem to do. Oh, and even your Latine est INANIS STREPITUS

I can understand the shipping charges, but you can't, yet according to you, I'm the dope. Once again you've proven that you can't type a simple proper english sentence. But that's OK, dude, you can call me a dope. Whatever makes you feel better about yourself.

Sadly I don't have my style guides here to prove you wrong, they're still back east, but I'm sure that if you look it up in AP, APA, Strunk & White, MLA, or CMOS you'll find that only the small selection of Latin phrases, or phrases from other languages, that are used so often in English language as to be included in English dictionaries need not be italicized. Every bit of Latin that has been used in this thread should be in italics.

Also as a rule of thumb the bible is a terrible source to use as a reference for anything other than conversations about religion. It certainly does not conform to the accepted styling practices. In fact it's such a poor source that all you've accomplished by using it is to devalue you're own assertions.

I'm not going to get in a Latin battle with you. I never claimed to be an expert in the language. I only had 1 semester of it somewhere in the realm of 15 years ago. So go ahead and Google Translate yourself some more phrases. We're all terribly impressed.

However the points remain:
The shipping policy is pretty straightforward, and easy to understand.
The paper you're calling an invoice is in fact a packing slip.
It is common practice on auction sites to inflate costs through high shipping & handling charges, even when they're only labeled as "shipping". It may be unsavory, but it is common none the less.

If the shipping charges are too high for you and confusing there is a simple solution. Don't pay them. Just go buy your cigars from your local B&M. Personally I find them very reasonable!

Or if you prefer (thank you Google Translate):

Si multum tibi obicio naves facilis solutio est turbatio. Non solvunt eos. Iustus vado emam tua sigarra ex vestri locus B & M. EGO reperio eos valde rationabile!

Hey, Strongest Man in the World. I know I'm a dope and all, so my math skills probably aren't on par with yours, but something doesn't seem to add up. Since I won 32 items this week, at $1 per item, shouldn't my shipping charge be $32? Maybe I'm wrong, as being a dope, advanced math is not my strong point. Oh, and look at that. The shipping charge is listed right in the confirmation, for anyone with half a brain to clearly see. Amazing.
