Everyone knows I'm negatively charged, and expect any day now to decay into an antineutrino, so I guess that makes me a pion (and my original use of the word correct).

Got in contact with customer service and they are shipping my remaining order overnight as I needed these for my trip. If these were not meant as a gift I would have just asked that they ship it ground, but they were more than willing to overnight the shipment.

I sure hope things get better on shipment and quality control.

Last couple of shipments left Monday and arrived Tuesday. Next time and every time after this I'm gonna call and expect free shipping.

Don't know the reason, but things have been going down hill lately and pretty quick too.

My order date 5/16. Today 5/21 and not even a tracking number yet. This has become the normal. Shipping has really gone downhill.

All I know is Trish has helped me out. She has gone above and beyond with help. I'm glad I am not the only one who had gotten loose cigars in my packages as of late!!
