Screws from Glasses? The Fingernail polish can be softened by a drop of fingernail polish remover(acetone) on the thread side. Green locktight does not hld the screws permanently, it is for temp hold.

You can use the Locktite or epoxy, if you need to loosen it up just put a lighter to it. 300 something degrees will soften them up.

It seems this thread, like 98.2% of all threads posted here is suffering from drift.

I do appreciate all of the suggestions, but I was only trying to ID the cutter. That has been done.

Now I can attempt to have it serviced under warranty if feasible. If not, maybe I can at least obtain the correct replacement screws.

Loctite seems like an option to secure replacement screws, but not a solution to seal the edges shut.

Check your local electronics or jewelry store for small screws.

Buy a Palio. Excellent replacement warranty if ANYTHING goes wrong.

Kind of looks like some of the Savoy Cutters i've seen. They have screws to take them apart like the one in the picture. I can't post a link to them as the only ones I could find are on competitors websites. Just try a google search and you will find a bunch for sale. I hope this helps.
