I do appreciate all of the suggestions, but I was only trying to ID the cutter. That has been done.

Now I can attempt to have it serviced under warranty if feasible. If not, maybe I can at least obtain the correct replacement screws.

Loctite seems like an option to secure replacement screws, but not a solution to seal the edges shut.
