If you want a Graycliff go to an approved Graycliff retailer where the cigars are being purchased from Graycliff in the Bahamas and sold at retail just like if you want actual Opus X, Padrons, etc. you go looking for Opus X you expect to see the approved Opus X retailer placard framed hanging on the wall. CI has boxes of Graycliff and they're in the 20ish a cigar range $450ish a box. That's just how it is. Go to a shpo and you're paying the same or an outrageous mark up.

They're in the high end premium category, not cheap and if you want the real Graycliff cigars there's no cheap or bargain way to get them you're going to pony up to the tune of around $20 a cigar. Just like you would with a Padron - you don't see "steals" on boxes of Family Reserve, or a bargain on a box of Opus X. These are no different.
If your expecting to get them for $5 a cigar not going to happen, or your buying some rolled crap with nothing but a name on it only you're getting a knock off and something isn't right, ya get what you pay for period.

If you want Opus X, Padron or any top shelf premiums bargain hunting don't hunt.
Worth it? IMO yes, it's a matter of what you want, what you're willing to pay for and whether or not you're willing to try to dance around reality and expect to get the real product.
You wouldn't expect to get 18 year old McCallan scotch and be happy with a bargain price that gets you something that tastes like Cutty Sark would you?! 😣

No offense zody but I had no a clue That graycliff had thingscsetvupvthisvway...The thread has squat to docwith pricing and more to do with the cigars...Now again you apparently can buy say shop a for 20 bucks with zero assurance thatvis a real graycliff...This is one cigar whuchvivdo like,but when selling the name quality is hit...miss..Now to price...I had approx 20 sticks total of whuch most were great..just a cpl that were still very good....Though when you go through several hands to buy they turn 8_10$ stick to 20$...

I PERSONALLY DON'T THINK THEY ARE AN OPUS,PADRON,MF,ETC..I can buy 2 opus at thus price. 2 padrons....not to mention the ccs you can get for those$..Again the cigars good to me ,but they are simple gouging prices on em...which is one of the worst setvups I'm aware of.....When a shop sells a 30 yr snd shop b sells same yet no one knows who made......Straight bs........Anyways ...I may or may not get fiver just to be curious but who know........

Graycliff only makes the cigars posted on their website. Cigars like the "platinum", "30 year", etc are made by other companies (or company). Graycliff licenses their name to other companies who make those cigars. I personally love the platinum and a few others I have had that Graycliff does not actually make. So, if the cigar is not listed on Graycliffs website, they do not make it.

Yes I understand all that...My hang up comes with who makes the others....it appears store a could b made in va...perse. store b in alaska....how is there any quality control?Maybe over thinking.... I really don't care where made so much as getting same quality regardless of where I buy....thx

But it's impossible to argue who the most dominant player and greatest winner in the history of team sports was...William Felton Russell. Way, way off in the distance is the guy in second place.

from the ages of about 12 to 15 we used to jump on the street cah Sunday afternoons, go to the Gahden for afternoon Celts games, pay for the cheapest seats and sit anywhere cuz they never drew in the regular season all those great years, then hang around for a while after to carry players bags to the parking lot hoping for autographs. Players from both teams were always so nice to us...except Bill. He had a well known thing that he refused to sign autographs for anyone, thought it enhanced his genius rep, but all he had to do was say no, or wave us off. Instead, he would look right through you in a way that made you feel insignificant, to put it kindly.

Fast forward to recent years and he realized he could make money being nice. Worked shows where he signed for money etc. My son-in-law (works for the C's) knew my story and managed to get him to sign inside a copy of his 2009 book "Red and Me"...to Frank- Best Wishes- Bill Russell". Still haven't read it, though I read the great Go Up for Glory several times as a kid.
