Good weekend.
Trimmed trees, tore up a stone walk (more), organized tools in the garage (more), jacked up my house, mowed the grass, fixed the mower, finished the grass, drank in front of Netflix, guests in Saturday eve, vodka at the fire, big breakfast Sunday, tubing on the river, beer drinking, shower, winery, guests left, cooked a bean soup, more Netflix with booze, bedbound in ten.

I am content.

couple years ago I posted about the outstanding cs I received from Webber, search has failed me tonight but the gist of it was that they have free parts replacement for 10 years. I called looking to purchase the cross member for my 3 burner Genesis (gold, silver or the P-precious metal, don't recall what I own at the moment) and was asked leading questions that ended up with them shipping the entire burner set up for free.

Thought it was about 10 years old, never sent in the paperwork when I bought it, but the cs person waited on the phone while I went out and got the serial number. Then she traced it to my purchase from a local store and said I still had two weeks until my 10 year coverage was up! Replacement was simple, even for A idiot like me.

Mine runs on piped in gas (so convenient) and now has brand new guts. Told some friends who did the same, one needed the flavor bars too...they all received free parts, free shipping. Outstanding service and warranty coverage.

So yeah, Brewha, I guess I have a reasonable expectation of getting 20 years out of it...I do keep it covered, but I should get a new cover this year. Probably will have to pay for that.

Do you get Pearl brand hot dogs out there? They may only be available locally (Boston), but I have always like them doggies better than Hebrew National, and I like the knockwurst even more...like twice a year though. So bad, so much sodium!

Polish sausage is the shiznit. Cource living in Texas most of my life it rarely comes up. Down here they like "hot" sausage=over spiced and peppery. And the interloping chi town boys all want brats. So it goes.....

No Pearl dogs that I have seen.

I may have to rethink the webber. Truth is I'd rather not be throwing away a whole grill every 5-7 years. The land fill already have plenty going into them....

Lake Park. They have a 9 and an 18. Little municipal about mile from the house. I'm a member.

When you're feeling better you can be my guest. The 9 hole is mostly par 3’s and a good warm up cource.

Don"t feel bad, but I shot way better than 79 today.....
