Hillbilly gets busy from time to time. I don't think he's completely gone. Most the time in PIB's, the guy getting hit, has already hit or agreed to hit someone else. But if Hillbilly stiffed you, let me know. I will make it right and then take it up with him appropriately. He really is a good guy.
