If you figure the cigars were $2 each, that means the lighter, cutter and box cost a combined total of about $12, and all three of them are infinitely replaceable over-the-counter in 30 seconds for zero dollars with no paperwork or hassle, for the rest of your life.
Combine that with replacement intervals measured in years, and I can't conceive of anything that comes anywhere close to matching, let alone beating, that value.
