Usually my order is shipped on Weds. and I get by USPS on Sat. I got a confirmation of the order Weds. as usual but so far absolutely no response on shipment and was not debited from my checking. I've sent a couple of emails but no response. What the hell is going on?

Not a bad deal by any means, but not exactly free fall

Isn't is ironic that Cbid and CI (I know two entirely different companies, wink, wink) still can't seem to get their shipping sh*t together, and yet the email specials keep on coming. They are unable to deliver what has already been ordered and PAID FOR in a timely manner, yet they are soliciting more business. This is looking less and less like a software upgrade snafu and more and more like a new business model. Prices way up, availability and customer service way down. Could this be the new normal?

My last order closed on Thursday of last week and was shipped and received here on Saturday complete and as ordered. What problems ?

I can't even buy what I want from the mother ship...
