I've got a 8lb rib roast for 4 peoples... Bought some gold Idaho's for mashed taters and asparaguses.. cheeses and stuff to of course... 😟

For breakfast were having coffee cake, a hash brown egg sausage casserole and challah french toast with jam. And bacon.

For dinner an 8 pound USA Choice rib roast, a ham, baked potato bar, broccolI and salad. I'm doing the roast based off of a recipe abrinac posted somewhere else. Herb garlic butter rub, baked at 500° 5 min per pound then rest in closed oven for 2 hours.

Traditional Christmas Breakfast. We started doing this years ago.

Sausage Loaf

Hollow out a French loaf. Place pulled bread in a bowl.
Brown sausage. 1 lb is enough. I like hot
Maybe a cup of cheese
A can of green chilies
2 eggs

Mix and stuff into loaf. Wrap in foil. Bake for about 30 mins

I prep mine the night before. It bakes while the kids open Santa. Easy and really good.
