It's like a daylight savings account. We can't count on the effing groundhog to represent the promise of Spring. Daylight savings gives us a ray of hope in the north.

I'd like it to be expanded upon. Move the clock forward another hour in May. Sunlight prior to 6am screws me up more than anything else.
