Kitchen Cooked chips and my moms cream cheese, sour cream and onion dip.

Should have shared this so............

The dip is 1 package Philly cream cheese (leave out to soften), about 1/2 a small container of sour cream, and a pyrex ramekin about a quarter/third full of dehydrated onion flakes (then soaked in water to rehydrate) Probably a 1/4 to a 1/3 cup of the dry chopped onion.

Mix well, adjust sour cream for desired consistency. You can add more or less onion to taste as well.

But let it sit on the counter for an hour or so before making adjustments. It's best after an overnight in the fridge if you can wait that long.

These are the pyrex custard cups I use as a measure. I just have always had these. LOL.

I usually mix up some medium salsa with monterey jack and rotisserie chicken then melt it in the microwave. Goes great with tostitos scoops.

Crock pot some black beans with garlic and a little hot sauce. Puree into dip consistency and use scoops or thick tortilla chip.

Julio's chips from South Texas are some of the best and any decent restaurant style salsa will work. Actually Wal-MArt has started putting out some Chili Garlic that are almost identical to the Julio's, ALMOST.

I drizzle honey over the brie, sprinkle that with chopped pistachios and then bake it until it softens. Amazing. I love brie.

I concur on the crackers.

Oh yeah. Didn't think about brie. Mrs Beach does a warmed one coated with a jalepeno jelly. Good chit

Sounds great, I'll have to try that. We had a Brie at Christmas, my wife made Watergate salad, sugar free for my wife and the three diabetics that were here so it wasn't super sweet, the pistachio flavor really complemented the Brie.
