I waited on hold for 5 minutes 2 weeks ago, I was pretty outraged too.

That sucks. I just called and Shauna. She answered on the 2nd ring. We chatted for half an hour.

I just got off with customer service and they are wonderful. Some of the nicest people and could not be more helpful. Guys, people are busy and sometimes it takes a little time to get to all the calls just give them a little time or call back. Anyway wanted to say that I have had nothing but good experience with them!
