Death toll hit 300,000 and counting today. I expect 400,000 by inauguration day.

Y'all come on back when you can quote numbers of unfortunate people that died of COVID-19 with NO other life threatening conditions.

If we apply Gene’s logic to all death with comorbidities we will find most deaths have no cause lol.

We should count covid deaths different than all others because we don’t like it. I heard no one really died from aids either.

Quick CDC research: 6% of deaths have no comorbidities. That should satisfy your prerequisite. But, death isn't the only bad outcome of COVID-19.

CDC also says, for example, that those age 50-64 years alone who have corona- are 4x likelier to require hospitalization and 30x more likely to die- compared to a young person who becomes infected with corona.

I am vigilant because I have pre-existing conditions (that are under excellent control), but which could easily play a part in any covid complications; my 82 year-old mother, although very youthful for her age, would not survive a covid infection; and my wife works in a skilled care facility (nursing home).

Experts believe that corona's risk will soon pass with the new vaccine, like polio did. I just wish others would have respect for those at risk or who are taking serious precautions for other reasons. All they need to do is simply choose to wear a mask and socially distance when in public.

I don't think that this is too much to ask of other Americans for another six or so more months. Do you?

Where did I post COVID isn't dangerous or a scam? I am a skeptic and that was way before the politicization of COVID.

I like real numbers, not BS inflated numbers intended to stamped the herd.

I guess some of you cannot remember the official government warnings about smoking weed and how it was the gateway to hard drugs and addiction.

Gene I guess I’m more than familiar with the numbers, how there are counted and know there are not inflated but in terms of death undercounted.

And nothing like reefer madness just say no gateway drug and all that nonsense.

The inflated numbers thing is pure crap.

I see real numbers every single day. I’ve been involved in the training and coding. Proclaiming the numbers not real doesn’t impress me much.
