Meh... I have an air conditioned gym I go to. The adaptive motion trainer bakes my brisket. Then I either take the dog for a walk or we go to the dog park so he can run around whilst I stand my happy ass in the shade.

I've taken him to DQ for an ice cream cone when it's warmer and he's obviously hot from running around. My old ass is trying to lose a few more lbs, so he gets to eat a small cone of vanilla soft serve while I hold it for him and wish I could have some. Bassard.

Watching paint dry today, (technically epoxy) needs 24 hours between coats, did a coat 8, finished around 9. Now I can't do anything until it dries since all the work is in that area.
