Is there anyone who can help with order issues? My order was paid for, but not shipped.

No response from emails and I was on hold for over 2 hours and no agent answered.

Celticbomber is no longer handling customer service issues.

I later learned that he is on paternity leave for 3 months.

Little over a month ago I received an order that didn't have the correct cigars. Emailed and never got a response, but today the correct cigars showed up at the door. So I guess they do have customer service after all.
