Anyone else having trouble getting through to Customer Service? I was on hold for 45 minutes last week and on hold another 20 minutes today.

20-45mins isn't going to cut it in current conditions. You have to really want it

This is the technique…
Call CS, then just go shopping, cut the lawn, smoke a cigar, whatever…….
Come back 2 hours later……..you will only have to wait another 30-40 minutes….

I have sent 3 costumer service requests and waited on hold for over an hour 3 times to try and resolve an order issue. I have just given up.

Hank, dispute the charges with your CC.

I am sure they will fill your order eventually, but if you don't feel like waiting around like the fifth guy at a four girl gangbang, call your CC and dispute the charges.

There is no customer service.
Try calling cigars international and ask them to knock next door.
Or call one of their stores.

None of the above work, that’s why cigars are cheap here.
