No one EVER responds to emails sent via the customer service website interface, and no one EVER picks up the phone when you call. You are dumped into an eternal hold queue with horrible music making your bad mood even worse. Does anyone even work at Cigar Bid?

They should rename it to "Customer NO Service". I emailed them and did not get a response.

I called four times, FOUR TIMES, and couldn't get through to anyone. I waited 1/2 an hour each, on the first 3 times, and a full hour on my 4th attempt!

I don't know how they remain in business like that.

Rookies the average wait time is 2hrs anything under that just will not cut it. Shana and the gang are working on it. She is replying on here give them time and quit bitching. If you knew the problems why did you order? WHY DID YOU ORDER?

Knew the problems? You are the one with the problem. I never even knew this forum even existed until my most recent order hit the customer service windshield like a bug at 90 mph. Your condescending attitude doesn't help anything except perhaps your own feelings of inadequacy.
