i have looked over many of my past posts, in which i proclaim it's not bush the man, but his policies. i have been wrong for the wrong reasons. it isn't really the man, because he does not exist as a fully developed person, with character, morales, scruples, and a sense of anything that is outside his personal emotions.

his life has been of constant nurturing by men of enormous wealth. every misadventure of his has resulted in a bailout by one of his father's associates. without this intervention, he has failed at everything.

he is the high school charmer, who has the good car and a father that probably knows his son is a dimwit, but that he has this ability to smile and please the teachers and his classmates. the golden one who can get by on barely passing grades and still get into a most prestigious college because of family connections. he has no need to learn responsibilities because he will never be held accountable by his family, friends of his family, or anyone

he can sell stock as an insider before it falls, he can "enlist" in the military and walk away without leave and never be held accountable, and as governer of texas he can steal land under the power of emminent domain. because of his position as governer he was able to make a fortune for his weatlthy nurturers, who in turn gave him money to make him rich. cases are still pending in texas by land owners who had their property stolen under the guise of emminent domain.

george w bush, has no policies, no ideas, no thought process. he is controlled by a group of evil men whose only desire in life is to have more money, even though they have more money then they could possibbly spend in 100 lifetimes. i do not, nor will i ever understand the greed to accumulate more of everything.

of course, the only way to accumulate more is to take it from someone else, certainly not each other. they are the same fuedal lords who enjoyed the "good" life at the expense of their serfs. when a serf chose to get married, the wife was given to the feudal lord for her first sex, and then returned to her new husband.

george w bush stole the election, thanks to his brother jeb and the woman appointed to control voting so that it would be proper and legal, katherine harris, and the hired bunch of thugs, not from florida, who were sent to the recount centers to bully and threaten the counters. and of course the band of brothers on the supreme court, who illegally destroyed state's rights, by overturning the florida supreme court in a decision that ranks with the political appointment of hitler as chancellor.

forget the rhetoric, because it is all BS. even as george w bush talks of "no child left behind" he cuts the funding. the same for every social good this country's voters have put in place to help the less fortunate, this administration has eaten away. cut down the trees to save the forest. drill for oil in the alaska wilderness. rip up treaties that have kept peace in the world for years. and of course the rape of not only the public treasury, but the rape of children not even born,, to pay the debt incurred, so that those of wealth and greed can accumulate more.

a vast number of people in this country, go to sleep hungry, have no insurance for themselves or their families, and no hope of ever improving their situation. the jobs that allowed the poor and middle class to improve themselves by working at factories and manufacturing things are gone. they are in china, sierra leon, mexico, and other places where a quarter an hour is considered a "living" wage. working at a fast food restaurant is considered a job. it used to be a job for a high school kid to make enough for gas money for his jalopy and a movie date.. i could care less how many schools have been opened in iraq, or how much wattage is produced for their lights. a person should mow his own lawn first, and then he can help his nighbor if they both agree.

the so called conservative movement is no more then a guise to return to the middle ages, with feudal lords and their fiefdam, serviced by their serfs. our school system is now and has been for the last 20 yearsor so, so poor at teaching people, not only how to read and write, but also how to think independently. if the lies told by this administration seem to ring true, it's because you were not taught to think for yourself in school. you are influenced by the rhetoric and not the actions. if you talk to people over 50 who went to school, when the school agenda was different, you will hear a perspective that will shock you. some people can actually arrive at a conclusion based on facts, and not propaganda

i consider it my duty to my country to point out where ever and when ever, what harm is being done to my country by george w bush, as dictated to him by his handlers. i will post the information that i think might raise people's awarness and do, with what little power i have, everything to rid this country of this vermin before he has a chance to totally destroy democracy as i know it.

i will give what i think is information of importance. until the bill of rights has been destroyed, you are all able to express your opinions of me and my ideas, and attack anything i post or say, i will read all the responses, and enjoy them all, even the ones that i agree with, but i will not respond to anything directed at me because i will not waste time with childish discussions.

In my attempt to scroll down the page, my eye caught the paragraph regarding the stolen election.

Nothing else need be read.

Rick,
You must have very little to do with your time other than sit and simmer over the last Presidential election. When reading your description of President Bush's past I found it kind of funny the description could have also been that of a certain Senator from the great state of Massachusetts. Another family with privilege and power.

I like when you express your views with us Rick, all be it they are different than mine I can still respect your right to have them. We all have are part to play in this world.

At least now you know how I felt enduring the 8-year rein of the “Ditch Carp of Democracy.”

I _was_ taught in high school civics to read about the same topic in different publications because they always have different perspectives. If the Democrats are so caring and thoughtful, why didn’t they solve all these problems when they were in control? Take a clear and unbiased look at politicians and the system that gets them elected; they all peddle influence to be elected.

The idea that Bush stole the elections is nothing but ‘left wing’ sour grapes propaganda.

Hate is a poison; it will do you no good.

Rick, you are truly obsessed by this man. I knew lots of people who had a similar obsession with his predecessor in office, who presided over a similar number of poor people while he aspired to mansions, millions, and Monicas. I think I'll go have a cigar.

Well said. They're ALL dirty, all crooks, and the ones that aren't are idjits. The Demoncrats are just an easy target now because they're imploding in total disarray. The two-party system is dead--they just don't know it yet.

Rick,

Since you've always exhibited a deep personal hatred for George W Bush, I'm not really sure that you've made any decision here other than to reaffirm your hate.

The Democratic Party has fallen into the same trap that you're in since it has become nothing but the anti-party. No issues, no plans, no leadership and no differentiated candidates. "Vote for me, I'm not George Bush and I'll repeal the tax cuts" is not a particularly strong platform going into an election year and there are 9 candidates using it. The Democratic Party used this same Anti-Bush platform in 2002 and took a beating nationwide.

As for the sour grapes related to the Florida elections of 2000, the Democratic Party took a particularly rough beating in 2002. Keep in mind that the three counties were there were problems all had Supervisors of Elections that were elected as Democrats. That made the sour grapes backlash in 2002 even worse. Perhaps things were unclear in 2000 but, 2002's results cost the head of the Florida Democratic National Committee his job.

2002 Florida General Election Results

All five members of the elected Florida cabinet positions are now Republican.
Governor Jeb Bush is the first Republican governor in Florida to be re-elected since the Civil War.
18 of 25 US House members are Republican.
26 of 40 state senators are Republican.
81 of 120 state representatives are Republican.

Being the party of sour grapes didn't fair too well. So far it appears the lesson was not learned.

Now here is something to consider, when you post your hate-filled venom towards George W Bush with all of its inaccuracies, do you think you're gaining votes for one of the nine Democratic challengers or are you actually turning people away from the party of "anti-issues" and pushing people towards Bush and the Republican Party?

By the way, it is now US Representative Katherine Harris to you!

If something is 99.9% true is it an inaccuracy? If a man was depressed and killed his wife and it is reported just that "he killed his wife", is that innacurate? Fact is he killed his wife! Fact is Bush was AWOL and was bailed out. Spell out the inaccuracies instead of just tossing inuendos out.

Are you being followed by UFO's?
Do you feel that there are microwaves being beamed down on your brain by the CIA or another covert Government Agency?
Are you slightly paranoid................YES!

What a waste of space your ramblings turned out to be, just more of the old recycled crap and barfings from someone so obessed with GWB it is laughable!

I don't agree with Rick on his GWB posts, but I don't attack him as a person.

If you can't argue ideas and resort personal attacks you really need to grow up and get a life.

While you are sulking about this go, read Silm's post on BOTL.

Let those on the "right" and the GWB bandwagon not forget, GWB lost the popular vote and won the election on a technicality. The House and Senate are controlled by Republicans by very slim margins. Not exactly a mandate. The country is about as evenly divided as it's ever been. RICKAMAVEN is right, GWB has surrounded himself with advisors who believe our destiny lies in our ability to impose our will on others. A foreign policy based on preemptive intervention is very dangerous. A domestic policy that puts profits before investments (for you conservative readers-thats Democratic-speak for spending on infrastructure-schools, roads, bridges, etc.)is short sighted and destructive.

I agree with RICKAMAVEN that we're headed down the wrong road. I fear for my grandchildren's future.

Let's see - Civil Rights, Medicare, .... I don't think Democrats have anything to be ashamed of. We won some, lost some and screwed some up. Didn't solve all the problems, but then neither party has all the answers.

You're completely correct about the system. It has become corrupt and money is at the core. It used to be the "political machines" that made it stink, now it's the money. I had a professor in college that ran for Congress in the mid 70s in a small rural district in Kansas. He had $150,000 and ran out of money half way through the primary. You don't get the kind of money you need to run for office without peddling something.

But something has changed in last ten years. Politics has gotten nastier, more personal and destructive. My point is this. We're (both sides)headed down a dangerous and slippery slope. We're going in the wrong direction and GWB is leading us.

First keep in mind both parties votes are needed to pass anything.

The Democrats didn’t invent Civil rights, check out this page:

http://www.findarticles.com/cf_dls/m2082/n3_v60/20649393/p1/article.jhtml

In part it says:

"Incredible but true," declared Fortune magazine at the time of Richard M. Nixon's death in 1994. "It was the Nixonites who gave us employment quotas.

Try this one too:

http://www.hup.harvard.edu/catalog/KOTNIX.html

Medicare, listen to the news lately?

However, you are correct about how nasty politics have gotten, Democrats tried to block a prescription benefit because they are afraid the Republicans will get credit for it, shameless. Then take a look at the both sides during the Clinton years and finish up with the thing s the 9 Democrats running for the Democratic nomination have said about GWB, incredible.

Gene, this person is harmless. He drank the kool-aid and suffers for doing so. Any rational person can pick apart his party line ramblings as fodder for the masses that can be found on every wall of an auto plant, but it takes a real smart person to actually investigate and get the facts before they post their beliefs or try to sway others.

Boo-hoo, the election was stolen...Gimmie back my Algore. I can't imagine what the current situation would be with that stuffed shirt buffoon leading the free world. I imagine that he'd still be hiding under the desk playing "let's identify this stain" while waiting for another group to crash planes into superstructures!

This coming election is gonna be fun. Since GW election we've seen the House and Senate, State governors and local races being won by the Republican party. All I see from the opposing side is hatred. Not willing to do their J-O-B is what will get them trounced out of office. GW will be able to look at his opponent in the upcomming debates and rattle of a laundry list of things that have gotten done during his Presidency. A Presidency that not since Lincoln has seen it's share of national grief. Having to square off against those that want to destroy what we have and what we stand for is why I'm glad GW is our President. He's taking the battle to THEM! By being in Iraq and stabilizing the region we'll be able to snap the back of the hatred that those countries have allowed to fester. That's reason enough for me, that we are doing the right thing. To cut and run now would embolden our enemies, the terrorists.
