Re: #33, #37

I "think" what he is saying is if there is a lot of lets say 5 items and FB has a winning bid on all 5 at say $10, then JH comes in and bids $14 and wants 3, gets the winning bid on 3 then Fb bid goes away even though he would still be winning 2 itmes.

I "thought" I saw this one time but I figures I just wasn't paying close enough attention or it was a fluke.

Sboecker1, if he didn't just drop a comment and run, I would maybe consider what he had to say, or what you are trying to help clarify as his point. Not that I agree in any way whatsoever, but at least try to understand his point.

When you drop a comment and run, it doesn't help to add any credibility to your statement, or make you look like you are trying to do anything other then discredit someone or sometthing.

billkerns,

I'll tell you the same thing Steve R said - we don't rig bids. I've been with CigarBid for 7 years now so I have a little history with them.

I looked at the list of bids you won and found a few Quick-ie lots. I don't see anything that could be wrong from a technical standpoint on our end.

Please give us a call or shoot an email to [email protected] and we'll look at any specific lots you might have in mind. I believe that if you speak with one of our representatives your fears will be put to rest.

You are right!!! ALL the bidding is Rigged!!

Please refrain from bidding for the next week.

I will do some independent testing. If you see my name on any bids, please do not bid against them... They are strictly for testing purpose ONLY!!!

Just as a followup. the original bid dropped off as soon as my bid was placed. i am saying the bid was withdrawn even though it was placed hours before my bid. both times my bid was only the second bid placed. No other bidders except the original bid and then the one i placed. the first bid dropped of after i placed my bid. The rules are bids cannot be withdrawn. there must be something to this since all my bid history(wins, lost, open, closed, tracked) all history of my bids are now missing from my account. CI has my email address. I have not heard a thing from them. The silence speaks volumns.

i'm still konfuzed...

when you had bid was it a multi lot auction or a single lot auction...

if multi, how many did U bid on Vs. how many the other person had already bid on...

I really don't mean to be a wise ass but you have been invited twice by the staff at CBID to call and clear up whatever issue you have with them.

From my standpoint, and I am not a rocket scientist or an attorney, I cannot figure out what your bitch is from what you have posted.

Maybe I am dense and cannot comprehend the written word or maybe you are not explaining the problem well enough to get your point across.

My apoligies if it is just me!

I agree with tank.

What are you talking about, please give example/post link. Two customer service people have asked for you to contact them, even call on the phone! So do it, it will squash any qualms you might have.

As your first post says, the auctions were in the quickies section. Most of these are single lots. I would think that after you bid, you would be winning, and you won't see that any previous BOTL bid. That is just how it works. There is no bid history like flea-bay or any other auction site. If you still have questions, call a Swede.
