the democratic party has chosen as head of the dnc,

dr howard dean. it is their right and privilege to select whomever they choose.

i predict fox will spend a lot of time discussing their displeaasure with dr dean. fox will atempt anything to belittle the man, and of course o'rielly, the man who was going to fight down the wire, these false accusations about sexual harrasement, but when he was called, he folded his cards, will lead the wolf pack.

Democratic party will never learn. There forcing moderates right out of there party leaving only the extreme liberals. That's fine with me. They can lose even by a larger margin in 4 years.

Rick, I agree with Dan.

The DNC is energizing MOSTLY the disenfranchised elements of the party with this madman.

They will continue to lose their base unless they select more moderate spokesmen. What a shame.

BTW, to me having a "Dr" means he spent more years reading (or daydreaming) in university than most--nothing more.

Just look at that piece of work on the other aisle, "Dr. Frist" or most of the numerous lawyers (phds) who run the country.

I couldn't be happier. Fox won't have to work very hard to make this guy look like a radical leftie psycho.

This may be a good move for the Dems. They certainly haven't fared too well with imitation-lite- republicanism.

They've always been liberals, except when campaigning. Now they can be liberals 24/7/365.

Hey guys!

BTW, Rick, "Doctor Dean" drew raves at a NARAL dinner in 2003 for insisting that partial-birth abortion was "an issue about NOTHING except (pro-life) extremism". For this reason, "Mr." is a more befitting title.

One more thing, imagine the invective that would be hurled at the RNC if say, Pat Buchanan was the chairman. The main-stream media would be labeling the party as a fringe, racist, Nazi, isolationist, and puritanical group.

According to CNN (the Democrat's Fox) Mr. Dean has a 31% approval rating. Not much of a base ist it?

Response: So you go from being a Quaker to a mariachi?

My, you are fickle.

No need to learn much spanish--just use your hands more.

Welcome to the Jungle, the DNC is already a jungle and Dr Dean (as Rick calls him as he bows toward the east coast) is one great choice as far as Republicans go! Wait to see what Hillary and Billery have to say about this one! Do not think they wanted maniac Dean! LOL
