I strung it up old skool. Pulled it back a little bit a bunch of times to get er flexn. Pulled it back a little more, CRACK! Not the bow, my shoulder! hehe 🤦

Very nice bow jnichols! Had a recurve as a kid that we picked up from an old timer having a garage sale, a little easier to string design wise, but I still popped myself in the face a few times... 🤦

Had a lot of fun as a kid with those!

When I first started making these I kept trying to make them faster. So I would shave every ounce of weight off the limbs, and make them as short as possible. Let me tell ya it fricken hurts when they explode at full draw! I finally lets say compromised.
