The problem I have is that you represented that you had the three boxes set aside at the local. You were gonna pick up your three, and more if they were available. Get them signed, if at all possible.
In post 54s quote of you, it's hard to assume otherwise. Given also that you were willing to accept a payment before the 25th, was I to assume that we were "hoping" you had the boxes, and that you would have been refunded the money if not?
I passed on several other dress boxes because of your post, seen in 54, and now I'm left to scour OLH and the profiteers therein.
I hope you get the $500 for them, I feel though, that you lied to me, and I'm now left out in the cold because of your misrepresentation. Also, thanks for the call at least, remember telling me to have my phone charged, and in my hand at 1 o'clock? Well, as you know, it never rang.
Is not about the cigars, those are secondary to me, it's not doing what you say you are, and not following through.
