What date did you all choose for the new weekly shipping options? How has the new system worked for you?

I just gave it a try once again on Sunday. I have daily and the 2 auctions ended Sunday. I just got the shipping information today. Nothing has changed.

Yeah...I have mine scheduled to end on Tuesday because I didn't want them sitting in a sort facility over the weekend. They shipped yesterday and will be here on Monday. Go figure...

My ship date is Tuesday, they shipped Tuesday, and will be here today. Oh, wait a minute, that's some auction site 1,000 miles away. Let's try this again.

My ship date is Thursday, they shipped yesterday as scheduled and will be here today. Silly me, that's some other PA auction site.

Looks like I didn't win anything here this week (I guess you have to bid to win), but I just left it at Thursday. I used to get them on Friday all the time, but the last couple months it's been Monday or Tuesday. I guess when I start bidding here again, I should move it up to Tuesday (2 or 3 days to fill the order, and 1 day in transit).

Platinum doesn't have these kind of silly worries.

Hand delivered by women that are either in porno or strippers.

That's exactly why I left mine on Thurs instead of changing to Tues as recommended. Rarely do they ship on Friday (next day). But shipping on Monday gets them to me before the end of the week.

I needed Hygrometers for the new Wineador. Only reason I even placed a bid here.

I received my shipments today as promised. Both came in oversized boxes. Cigars where packed 5 each in sealed bubble wrap bags. The entire boxes where lined (top, bottom and sides) with air pillows. I started to think, "wow, Cbid has finally got their act together", and then I realized that these shipments did not come from Cbid. :-"

I received shipping information from C-Bid this morning (Fri.). It looks like the package was shipped on Thursday.

I sure am glad I chose Tuesday shipping.

I could whine to c.s. again, get a canned response, and maybe 50% off shipping. Maybe they will assure me again that everything should be back on track now.

I wish I would simply get an e-mail from C-Bid , when these things happen.

That would make for better customer relations in My case, even with the "Company Line" jargon.

I got my first shipment in quite a while in this afternoon from cbid... just a total of 8 sticks... they managed to squeeze them all into one bag... and 2 airpillows - between the cigars and the top of the box... they used the invoice to pad between the smokes and the bottom of the box... to their credit nothing was damaged... it's just discouraging to see such bush league stuff...

I left mine on Thursday, here it is Friday 5:00 local time and still no tracking number. They billed my credit card yesterday morning on schedule, why can't they ship them on time. 🤔 I had to go back and look, first order here in 2 months. I used to get them on Tuesday, last order was delivered on Thursday. Probably be another 2 months before I bid here again. On another note, used to buy all my cigars from here or the mothership. After checking, less than 50% of my money has gone here this year. Sign of the times.....

4:16 PM on Monday and I have an origin scan at UPS. I will probably get it about the same time as a competitor who is shipping this week.](*,)

I see they still have not worked out the shipping. My weekly choose is Thursday and it's Monday still in the warehouse#-o

This is happening too much. My weekly ship date is Thursday and the stuff goes out Monday night.

Poor service lately. And I bid on auctions every week. My money will go elsewhere.

Haven't ordered in quite awhile..i think mine is still Thursday(ie.. ships the next tuesday):-k

I have it set for daily unless I'm bidding on multiple auctions. I won an auction that closed last thursday...still hasn't shipped.

This IS unfortunately pretty standard.....and I'm NOT sure they deserve ANY credit for lack of damage, that in MY opinion is purely LUCK 🤦
