I was set to win about three lots on Sunday so I think "What the heck, I'll change it to daily so hopefully it'll process by Monday and I might get it before the 4th."--No shipping info received yet.

I also ordered a box of Herrera Esteli from a competitor's website last night--I have a tracking number right now.

Picked Tuesday shipping. Not shipped as of yet. Tomorrow is holiday so might ship Friday. WTH?

I do care that the prices are great, and auctions cause me to try some different cigars.

Had them hold one week because I was gone on vacation. Picked up some things the week of vacation. Combine them to save me $6? No F'ing way.

Shipping processes suck, and would be what I would tell anyone that asks.

Actually, I'm getting to the point that if anyone asks me, I will likely tell them don't bother unless you don't mind shipping hassle.

Due to the 4th of July holiday, there will be no shipping on Thursday, July 4th. Thursday weekly shipping will occur on Wednesday, July 3rd. Normal shipping will resume on Friday, July 5th.

I did, and received my order today. Order closed on Tuesday.

Mine closed Sunday evening and I just got the info that a label had been created today.

I haven't bid on anything in a while. I'm annoyed that I had backorders or 2 items. Seems that this spring before the multiple shipping date was announced, shipping and shipping information got worse. I almost always got my Thursday shipment on Friday and then they started arriving on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. I think they cut their staff in anticipation of the new shipping schedule and everything fell behind.

The Palio cutter I won last week is back-ordered too. lol

I won 86 cigars at some other place this week, and my shipping day is Thursday. Different size and types of singles, with some 5 packs and samplers. Of course they where closed yesterday, but everything packed and shipped today, and I have a tracking number. They even included my wins from yesterday in this shipment, instead of waiting till next Thursday, and hitting me with another shipping charge.

If previous experience holds true, everything will be packed inside of sealed bubble wrap bags, and the whole order will be shipped in an oversized box, completely lined with air pillows.

For this well padded, oversized box, with bubble wrap bags, I paid a flat $8.95 shipping. Just for giggles, I decided to calculate Cbid shipping for the same order. A whopping $18.70, and they would have been shoved into the smallest box possible, with maybe 1 air pillow on top.

Not only did I win the cigars for far less then I currently could have won them here, but I paid less then half for superior packaging, and prompt shipping.

I hope CBid is listening.

I'm kind of screwed on shipping regardless of what day they go out just because it takes a minimum of almost 2 weeks to get here.
