What about buying wrapping paper with a red brick pattern (I'm sure it exists somewhere on Amazon), and then a sheet of 3" foam from Joann fabrics (with a 50% off one item coupon from teh junk mails), cut out your own blocks, use some 3M spray adhesive on the paper for a brick facade, maybe some 3M spray or Gorilla glue to hold the blocks together.

Edit: without the coupon you'd be in for some money. But I bought a full sheet of the 3" thick foam from Joanne Fabrics to do some motorcycle seats for about $80. That's a 4x8 (or maybe 3x8) sheet of foam. Use an electric fillet knife to cut it (about $12 at walmart or amazon) and you've got enough blocks to easily close in a cubicle or office door.

Could keep it under $100 that way.
