I have had strong to severe allergic reactions to two perfumes in the past. I do not know what it is but Chanel #5 has caused me to vomit more than once. I know it is expensive and highly regarded. I can't tolerate it and will get physically ill. There is another fragrance that is found in laundry soap that makes me sneeze non-stop until I leave the area or the piece of clothing is removed from my sinus radius. It is totally out of my control but it is very obvious when it effects me so the offender usually gets the message to stop wearing the perfume at the office.

Wow. Flashbacks. It is so nice to no longer work in an office. No more fish in the microwave, or gagging perfumes on the night when the HR lady chose to bath in scent water rather than the f'in shower, no more crop dusting azzholes who think its funny to bust an air biscuit in your office then ghost, no more morning popcorn that they refuse to share....yeah...

It's pretty fargin' nice.

I had a "do better talk" from the CFO once for farting in the office.

Yeah I knew some of the guys could hear me but it didn't smell.

I had to promise not to fart in common areas anymore, and was asked to apologize to the guys.

WHAT KIND OF MAN NARKS YOU OUT FOR FARTING????

We've got an old Flower Child in our office that wears Patchouli oil. Talk about revolting, and the carp lingers for hours after she walks by... Fug!

Sounds similar to the reactions of former smokers to any kind of tobacco use. I really like the a**holes that cough when I have an unlit pipe in my mouth.

It smells like a fn french whorehouse here....nauseating...why the fluck do these 'women' feel the need to bathe in cheapazz perfume...wait...not just the women...not to be outdone, some of the men are as bad....only thing I can guess is they are trying to cover up even worse smells...

anyone work in a 'scent-free' workplace? sounds idyllic

ahhhh....stripper smell is NOT the same as cheapazzed perfume smell....was it the StripperBabyPowderish stuff...or the StripperFruity stuff?...afaik, there's really only two stripper scents

There's also the rotten salami scent which is why I leave strippers the hell alone.
