....is for the birds.
Have been eating healthy for about 19 hours.
Guts always rolling.
About a 10 minute warning before splashdown
Three sit down sessions within that timeframe.
Back to the all Meat, Cheese and Fat Drafter Diet.

Yep... I need to get back on the train. I'm 193 and need to be 180. Wife says I started snoring again.
But yeah... need to find a healthy diet I can live with.

Unprocessed meat, fresh veggies steamed. Fredh fruit. No soda. Not perfect, but good and it works for me.

I think you will find you can eat many of the things you like, just not at one sitting. Cutting back on the portions has worked for me in the past. I've used an app called Loseit. Just your basic calorie counter.

This and only eating your portion not untill you feel full. The full feeling takes about 15 minutes after you eat...

I've used loseit. It's on my phone and it makes you aware of what you're eating each day, for sure.
I just need to get back to the gym and watching what I eat.

^^If your wife has never tried to make adobo with beef, have her try it.
Get a 3-4 pound chuck roast and cube it just like the pork. Cook it the same way. It's forkin' AWESOME!

Yup. My wife makes that, too... but it's not the same. The beef adobo is better.

HA! I like the way you think... who wants to live long anyway? Those are the years where everything hurts, you can't remember anything, and young folks take advantage of you.
