... has anyone noticed ... that they are not answering the phones any more ..... they are not answering emails,

Yes as well not answering g phone calls or emails. Certainly just taking our money and not shipping our products

I don't have a problem waiting .....

The problem i have is how cigarbid.com and Cigar internationals customers are being treated.

If you are have problems shipping .... POST IT

If your IT department are incompetents .... POST IT

Answer the phone ..... !!!!

Answer the emails ....!!!!! . dont just leave us out to dry ........

I haven't received my order since 2/10 .... I had to order from famous and JR ... I hate doing that

I am still waiting on an order from 2/10, shows processing, I have sent 2 messages concerning thisa and never got an answer back, tried to call and all I get is a busy signal.

take option 1 .... to dial by extension ....

extension#...... 800 then take option 1

..... thats the tech support number ..... they just hang up on you ,......

but helps with the frustration on not replying to our emails and phone calls .....🇨🇮

I dont mean to take it out on Cigarbid.com ....... just cigar international ...... they are the bad ones in this

but ....... the phone calls need to be answered .....

........... the emails need to be answered ......

........... thats the way a customer should be treated .......

I called last week to see where my shipments were and the rep said they moved to a new system so cigars that i thought were already billed were not transferred over. My choices were either to cancel the orders or re-create them, ..i chose the latter.

I have some orders now that are pending and when i tried calling i get a fast busy. anybody know what's up with that??

just so every one knows .......

they dont just treat there customers like S@$% .....

they have 3 retail locations which were told to order more in the beginning of the month .....

................. and they are not being told the status ether .......

................ they don't care about us ........ i think Famous Smoke and JR's are looking better ..............

I ordered 2 weeks ago and order will arrive tomorrow. The system transfer really hosed them it seems. I think it's a hiccup and they are inundated. Call if you are unsure. I was able to get through 30 minutes ago.
